FAQ

Can I go on a cruise?

There are a host of cruising options due to set sail around the UK, and across the globe, this year and next. For UK cruises in particular, check the latest FCDO advice at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice and ask your Travel Counsellors about the host of cruising options available to you.

The FCDO has lifted its advice against international cruising and the UK Government's ban on international cruising has also been lifted.

If in the event your cruise does not go ahead due to FCDO advice, or the cruise line cancels your sailing, you should be able to receive a refund or credit voucher to use when the time is right to set sail again.

Some operators may require evidence of a certain level of travel insurance if you have not completed a course of COVID-19 vaccination so you should consult your Travel Counsellor if you believe this may apply to you and they will be able to check with the cruise operator.

As always, your Travel Counsellor will stay close to your booking and provide all the latest information about cancellation and postponement policies if and when required.
