Hello, my name is Laura and I am based in West Byfleet, Surrey.

My passion for travel started back on 9th May 1995 (that’s right – I remember the exact date!) I was 11 years old and I went on my first long haul flight to Florida. I loved the whole experience. The bustle of the airport, the flight, arriving somewhere I’d never been before, the food and then of course, Disney – I loved it all.
I’ll never forget that trip – and come the 9th May each year, I remember “what a holiday!” that was. Money well spent, hey!

Fast forward (almost!!) 31 years! I now have 2 children of my own and there is nothing we enjoy more as a family than exploring our wonderful world together.

My passion for both travel and customer service is second to none, and having been disappointed on occasions with the service I have received, I’ve thought “I can do this so much better”.
So here I am, opening myself up to you as your own personal Travel Counsellor.

I pride myself on offering a full and comprehensive service. From short to long haul; luxury to low cost; multi destinations to all-inclusive resorts; from sun to ski… and sea to sand!
Drawing on my own experiences having travelled extensively around the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and South Africa, I truly believe I can create the holiday of your dreams, whatever that might be.

I like to think I have a ‘few’ specialist areas:
• Japan. We lived in the heart of Tokyo with 2 small children who both attended the British School in Shibuya. This was a unique and incredible experience giving us the platform to explore this fascinating part of the world.
• USA. From East to West coast; the Sunshine State of Florida to Music City in Nashville; to the lights and sounds of New York to Las Vegas; from Route 66 to Pacific Highway 1!
• Disney. Having visited parks in Florida, Paris, and Tokyo, I know a ‘few’ things Disney!
• Italy – extensively travelled from North to South. Skiing in the Alps, city breaks in Rome, Venice, Milan and Florence, to private villas in rural towns.
• Australia – Perth and the wine region of Margaret River on the West coast… to travelling the East coast from Carins to The Great Barrier Reef; Byron Bay to Sydney.
• South Africa - I’ve explored the Garden Route, from Table Mountain in Cape Town, the wine tours of Franschhoek and seeing the Big Five on safari.

I truly love all things travel, and with me it really is personal.
