I joined the travel industry 19 years ago and have worked in the retail travel industry most of my career, with my passion of travel I want to make dreams come true !

I have been lucky to have travelled to Australia, Bali, Singapore, Kuala Lumpa, New York, Greece and even got married in Türkiye, this is just a short list of the amazing places I have been to. If I had to choose my favourite holiday it would be my Med cruise, we explored Italy and Croatia and fell in love with cruising!

Lauren was very helpful with our holiday request. We knew what we wanted, but didn't know where to start, or where to get the best options and prices for our needs. Lauren built a couple of package options for us to choose from. Communication between my travelling companions was slow, and Lauren was very patient and understanding about this. Lauren made the booking process simple for all involved.

Lauren was fab! She was very patient with is because we kept changing our mind and taking forever to make any decisions. She came up with lots of options for us to consider and nothing was too much trouble. Lauren wasn’t pushy when we took forever to decide but when we were ready she was there and quickly booked for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Lauren to help you find a holiday.

We couldn't have asked more of Lauren! She has helped us bring a dream to a reality and we cannot wait to go on our once in a lifetime Thailand and Bali trip! She was so patient with us and when we came back with changes, these were done immediately with no fuss. Lauren was able to give us advice and was just as excited for this trip as we are.
