I honestly can’t recommend Lauren enough! From start to finish, she made booking our holiday so easy and completely stress-free. Lauren found us a great deal and took the time to ask what flight times worked best for us rather than just giving us the standard options. She also helped arrange special assistance for my son and sorted our seats on the plane, which was a huge help and gave me one less thing to worry about. A few months after booking, I contacted Lauren again about airport parking. She gave me different options to choose from and then arranged Meet & Greet parking for us. She even checked us in online before we travelled and sent all of our documents through the post, so everything was organised and ready to go. Throughout the whole process, Lauren was always on hand to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. Making payments through the app was really straightforward, and being able to easily find all of our booking information and documents in one place was brilliant. Lauren genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and it made such a difference to our holiday experience. Lauren Nash organised a fabulous holiday for me. Everything she arranged worked perfectly. From booking and checking us into the flights, transport that took us directly to our hotel that was staffed by very helpful people. She chose a fantastic Hammam experience that left us relaxed; the Tour guide round the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Cisterns was very informative, took his time to explain things and lasted longer than advertised. The transport to the Bosphorous Cruise was smooth and the food on the cruise was really tasty. Lauren has been in touch throughout to explain and assist. This was an amazing holiday and I would 100% book through Lauren again.

Lauren was very helpful with our holiday request. We knew what we wanted, but didn't know where to start, or where to get the best options and prices for our needs. Lauren built a couple of package options for us to choose from. Communication between my travelling companions was slow, and Lauren was very patient and understanding about this. Lauren made the booking process simple for all involved.

Lauren was fab! She was very patient with is because we kept changing our mind and taking forever to make any decisions. She came up with lots of options for us to consider and nothing was too much trouble.
