Lindsay has arranged a few of our city breaks and it is so easy for us as she knows what kind of hotels we like and always comes up with great deals. She is very friendly, helpful and flexible as I can contact her in the evenings or weekends when I’m not at work. Everything is organised for us so all we have to do is turn up at the airport with the vouchers that she has printed off and sent to us. She monitors the travel updates while we are away and notifies us if there are any potential issues that could effect us while we are away. All round great service!

Lindsay is able to accommodate all aspects of our holiday, no matter how many changes we make.

Lindsay has gone out of her way to assist me, my holiday is a surprise for my wife so I needed some sound advice! Nothing has been too much trouble and I cannot wait for our trip.

Lindsay arranged our holidays in Paris and Rome last year and everything from planes, trains, cars and hotels worked perfectly. We had no hesitation in asking her to arrange our holiday this year in Italy, and this time she has had to liaise with my daughter in Canada as well. I don`t know how she does it, but nothing is too much trouble. I know it will all work perfectly again.
