Disney and Anna Maria Island

Our lovely holiday was just perfect, seems ages ago already, but we have some great memories. Disney was everything you expected and more really, Port Orleans Riverside was a lovely resort, the garden areas were beautifully laid out and very well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and attended to everyday.

The magic bands were a great idea, loved not having to worry about keys, food, tickets and photos.

Anna Maria Island, we didn't know of this location before, but we would certainly recommend it. The holiday rental property was amazing, I still smile every time I think about it and that it was ours for a week. The island is approximately 7 miles long and there is a free trolley service that runs every 20 minutes, fabulous idea. Also, there was a free Monkey Bus (see photo), you just phoned for this service and they would take you were ever you wanted to go, anywhere on the island and beyond, as it is run by volunteers you just gave a donation.
