Hello, I'm Lucy.
Welcome to my business page where I work along side Travel Counsellor's.
I live in Sheffield with my Husband Mark and our Cavapoo Dougie.
I previously worked in leisure travel for an High Street agent for 8 years and corporate travel for 5 years so I have lots of knowledge and experience in all things...guess what!? TRAVEL! So I am excited to be going back to my roots after a 5 year break and embarking on this new journey with my own Travel Counsellor's business!
I am excited to be part of your holiday journey from that first phone call to discuss your ideas and dreams, to making them become a reality and right through to when you land home. Myself and Travel Counsellors pride ourselves on that personal bespoke service and we understand that sometimes life is not 9-5, therefore I will be here for you when you need me. A few assurances as to why you should book with me and TC. We are fully protected by ATOL, IATA & CLIA. Our Duty Office is 365 days a year, 24/7. Your money is 100% secure with us!
All of my customers will have access to the My TC App where you can access all your quotes, bookings, any updates to your booking, booking documents and make secure payments.
I have have been lucky enough to explore a lot of this amazing world we live in and had so many amazing experiences and an insight into so many different cultures including, Europe, Asia, Africa, The Caribbean and North & South America.
I am based working from home, however if you are local to me I am always available to meet in a coffee shop or pub to celebrate booking your dream holiday over a cuppa or a glass of fizz!
