We had the most incredible summer holiday which would have not been possible without Mel’s hard work, help, guidance and advice! She had her work cut-out from the start as we didn’t know where to go and kept changing our minds and she put together so many different itineraries until we were happy and even priced matched our holiday! We were probably her biggest nightmare customers as we couldn’t commit fully at first and were reluctant to book so far in advance due to having a parent with poor health however she was extremely understanding and left us to ponder and for this reason she gave us choices for booking with great cancellation options. Even after we booked she made herself available for any help regarding holiday options/activities and dining options and transfers and followed up with help with visa’s etc. She was very knowledgable and not at all pushy and followed up on our return to see how the holiday went which was a lovely touch. Everything ran amazingly well and the resorts in the Maldives & Dubai, the service, food and entertainment were nothing short of first class! Even on the way from Male to Dubai we seemed to be the only people that were met by a porter at the airport that took and carried all our bags all the way through to check-in which wouldn’t have happened without her help. The bad news for her is that she’s going to have to put up with us again for our Xmas break and we’re already talking about our trip next summer!

Melanie in my experience has always been outstanding in helping me and many other members of my family when booking holidays. Indeed I have already recommended her to others, nothing is ever too much.

Very knowledgeable, not pushy but also willing to accept if she didn’t know much about a hotel she would find out! Love her!

Melanie is amazing . All these years of travelling and lack of communication and understanding I've had , I would never use anyone again except Melanie she's been great . 😌
