Mell Islip

Just returned from a family skiing trip to Zell Am See all organised by Mell. We stayed at the Schonblick Residence, the apartment was lovely, very clean and spacious and all the staff were really friendly. Everything from start to finish seamless, will definitely book again.

Using Mell to help plan our trip to Italy was an inspired decision! We wanted to take 4 weeks touring Italy by train, she listened to where we wanted to go, and what we wanted to do and built us a personalised itinerary which fit our plans and preferences. She took all the stress away from planning and worked closely with us to advise and recommend accommodations and locations which suited. She booked all our transport and checked us in online for flights, as well as being on hand 24/7 to help assist with any issues that may arise, which was so reassuring! Very handy to have everything on the app on the phone for easy reference while travelling too.

Mell has been so attentive and flexible to work with booking our family holiday for 2026. She is extremely friendly and no question asked is ever too much. I've already passed on her details to family for their next booking.
