We recently booked a multi-leg holiday to Thailand (Phuket & Bangkok), Hong Kong & Dubai with Nat Adams at Travel Counsellors. The process was seamless from start to finish. Nat initially came up with multiple options, allowing our family to tailor the holiday to exactly suit our schedule at a very competitive price. The disruption in the Middle East then meant that we had to readjust our plans but within the constraints of school holiday timings. Nat worked tirelessly (including on the day of her actual family birthday celebration which was a Saturday !) to get us rebooked onto great flights at good times both to and from Asia, de-stressing the whole experience and most importantly, allowing us to have an awesome family holiday. Very speedy in giving us a number of options for flights to Sri Lanka. Would have been a 12 if Travel Counsellors issued ATOL certificates for flights only, as we almost had to book the rest of the trip through our Sri Lankan ex-Mayor whose family owns a travel agency in Sri Lanka, so know all the best places to visit and the best times of year to visit.
