Nicola is a fantastic travel agent I couldn’t recommend her highly enough Nothing is too much trouble, she is always on the ball with everything. She is quick with answers to any question big and small, You feel safe in her hands as she makes from the booking to travelling so easy. If I could rate her higher than 10 we definitely would.

i would definitely recommend Nicola, she was extremely helpful and always at the other end of the phone, we was also getting a quote from another company however the customer service from Nicola was excellent she looked at my other quote and noticed the small things that we didn't like being stuck in an airport for 12 hours and a room with no balcony. she sent us quotes on a Sunday and her personal skills was exceptional. such a lovely pleasant and friendly lady i will be using her again. a really big thank you for sorting a really big holiday out and taking the stress out for me xxx

Having sent Nicola a brief of the type of city break we wanted, including some specifics (i.e. must have air con) and some vague requirements (i.e. needs to be near some great places to eat), Nicola very quickly responded with a complete package that not only suited our requests, but was a great price too. As well as taking care of the practicalities, Nicola was a pleasure to deal with and clearly has a great understanding of the difference of providing a service, and providing a 'great' service.

Booking the NYC break with Nicola was straightforward, and she made it all so easy for me. Booking a holiday has become a much trickier experience over the past five years. Budgets are tighter, school holiday price increases are ludicrous and there's so much to choose from, it can become a daunting task! What Nikki does is removes the hassle and puts the excitement back in to the whole process. From start to finish, Nikki's professional conduct and knowledge is second to none. Creating a seamless experience and a first class end-to-end service. Would I recommend Nikki? Without a shadow of a doubt.

Myself and two friends wanted to visit Las Vegas and contacted Nicola for a quote. From initial contact right through to our return from holiday, Nicola was amazing and a real pleasure to deal with. Myself and my husband wanted a christmas shopping trip with somewhere we could relax. Nicola suggested Chester and found us a wonderful hotel with a spa close to Chester town centre. About 15 years ago we went to the Coop in Keighley to book a holiday - our first abroad. We met Nicola who suggested where to go. We did as advised and my wife and I thought it was the bees knees. So having found the best in Nicola we decided to stay with her, she has booked our holidays ever since. Now she has gone private nothing has changed, she still gives the best advice and nothing is too much trouble, she is a great help to both of us.
