Nikki Ashe

We contacted Nikki as she had been recommended to us. From the first phone call, she was friendly, professional and listened to what we wanted. She gave honest opinions and sound advice about our plans, gave us multiple options and changed things around (many times and sometimes outside of usual working hours) to find us the trip we wanted. We had quotes from other travel agents but none of them provided or even offered the advice, service and price that Nikki did. To deal with someone that offers such a personal service and draws upon their own experiences has been great and I would definitely recommend her as she was recommended to us.

This was our first time using Travel Counsellors and Nikki ensured our experience was a genuine once-in-a-lifetime trip! From start to finish Nikki's organisation, advice and recommendations were exemplary - it takes a lot to coordinate and fashion an experience like this to Iceland but no stone (or volcanic rock!) was left unturned. We loved every minute and the experience transcended that of anything we could have hoped to organise ourselves. The variety of trips and options available was really refreshing and it felt like a truly personal experience. It has gone to the top of our favourite countries! We wouldn't hesitate to use Nikki's services again - nor will we hesitate to recommend her to others. 10/10

My husband and I used Nikki when we booked our honeymoon to the USA in May 2023. We had never heard of Travel Counsellors before and had discovered them whilst visiting a wedding fair at the NEC in Birmingham. Nikki could not have been any more helpful! She completely took the stress away; from booking the flights, to helping with visas and travel documents etc. She also really took the time to get to know us, and recommended hotels and flights to suit what we were looking for. She chose wonderful hotels for us and had the best tips and tricks of places to eat and things we could do. She was always there at the end of the phone if we ever needed her. Would 100% recommend booking through Nikki! So much so, that we've just booked another holiday with her at the end of August to Palma!

Nikki was great. She listened to all our requests about what was important for us on a holiday, and came back with some excellent suggestions and choices. Very quickly - I might add. We made our decision and she took care of everything - even the airport parking and transfers. A very good service which we will use again.

Just Brilliant, I would recommend Nikki to anyone, she's very professional and she responds to your queries very quick. She takes the worries off you from booking flights and hotels. Knowing Nikki Ashe was involved in Travel Consultancy, I simply made the call to Nikki , gave her the details of my Trip to Dubai , stated the dates I needed to travel, within 15 minutes we had the details of flights and times to suit, she sent the links to the TC App allowing payment to be made. All the documents were available to me within minutes. Knowing i fly to NZ often , i will ensure i contact Nikki to arrange these flights & Hotels too. Well Done Nikki , excellent service

Where do I begin? Nikki has been amazing from the very start. She is so lovely to speak to and so very helpful. She is always there at the end of the phone to help and nothing is too much trouble. She really got to know us as a couple and helped us with ideas as to what we wanted to do for our honeymoon, as it was all a bit overwhelming with planning the wedding and then wanting to go on the honeymoon straight after. Nikki really did all the hard work for us. From booking the hotel and flights, to picking out activities she thought we'd like, and even knew what we needed to do regarding visas and passports and name changes on passports too after we got married. Would definitely recommend Nikki and would not hesitate to use her again for future holidays!

Nikki has been the best find ever. I've never been less stressed when organising and booking a holiday. Its the first time that we have used a travel counsellor and it is the future. Nikki made everything so simple, a few emails back and forth checking our preferences, and that's it. Nikki is knowledgeable and very thorough, we haven't had to worry about a thing.
