Rachel had made a couple of bookings for me to travel before these turbulent COVID times kicked in. The thing I like about the level of service Rachel provides is she knows me and what I like. She has moved a group holiday to later in the year so that everyone has peace of mind with no fuss or bother - plus she got us an even better deal. Superb service. My other holiday with a friend, who is just as keen to travel as me, we have kept with the original dates but Rachel ensures we have regular updates. She's making sensible suggestions to us whilst keep a close watch on all the travel news and government guidance. I am very impressed with her attention to detail. Having travelled with Rachel over the years I shouldn't be surprised by it or her commitment but she continues to impress and I have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone who will listen. l I would like to thank you so much for the way in which you organised my recent travel arrangements with Travel Counsellors to Australia, to celebrate my 70 th birthday with my two sisters and their families. Your knowledge and advice was so helpful throughout the whole booking process. I have never had such personal service. My experience with high street travel agents has always been that one is signed off once they have received payment. However, to my delight, Travel Counsellors was a completely different experience. Your attention to detail in advising and assisting with best travel options prior to booking was invaluable. In addition, your prompt ticketing, booking my chosen flight seat, and the tracking of my journey including the checking me in at both Heathrow and Perth airports, communicating by text whilst in transit, was just so helpful and reassuring. It felt like you were alongside me at every stage of my journey as I knew that your service was only a phone call away if I had any concerns or needed to amend my booking for any reason. I cannot say how much reassurance this gave me especially when travelling on my own. In fact I can truly say that with Travel Counsellors one never travels alone. I went to Rachel with a few details wanting to do a fly drive in USA. This is when Rachel worked her magic and produced and delivered a unique, amazing wonderful holiday. We recently used Rachel to source a hotel/ flight package that none of the High Street retailers were able (or willing) to do. Rachel's dilligence and fantastic customer service are second to none. We had such an excellent level of service when we booked our holiday through Rachel last year that we decided to use the Travel Counsellor product and Rachel's services again when we booked our trip to the USA this year to celebrate our son finishing his GCSE's. We provided an outline brief of the cities that we wanted to visit and an idea of our budget and trusted Rachel to come up with the goods! Our trip was a huge success - everything we had hoped for, from perfect travel connections on the trains as we moved around four different US cities to the wonderful top quality hotels that Rachel had managed to book for us. Our son had the holiday that he dreamed of and we spent a wonderful time full of fun memories with our son before he gets too grown up and doesn't want to go on holiday with us oldies any more! I would like to thank Rachel for her outstanding service and for arranging my holiday to New Zealand with very little notice. The whole experience planning my trip with Rachel was simple, from the flight out to the flight home, and she listened and made changes where and when I wanted - even up to the week before I was leaving. Whilst away Rachel kept in touch regarding any important travel information and even allocated me good seats on the plane for the way home. Rachel has been booking and organising holidays for me since 2005. These have included far away trips to Hawaii and Kenya plus European trips including Germany, Hungary & Spain. It has always been no problem with her to change dates, flights and source the hotel most suitable for our needs. When we had to adjust a trip due to injury she rearranged everything so that we lost as little money as possible and kept our booking. Our last trip teaching children to swim in Kenya required our itinerary to be changed several times, but Rachel pulled out all of the stops and it all went very smoothly. She even helped source a swimming pool for our teaching from a Kenyan local travel company. We’d highly recommend Rachel!
