10/10! Lovely to catch-up with Rachel after a couple of years (Covid Pandemic). As usual a swift, professional resolution to finding return flights from the UK to Canada with an internal flight arranged between Halifax and Toronto. Flight tickets held whilst I confirmed arrival times with my hosts, so never under pressure to commit to unsuitable dates and times. The savings compared to searching and booking on-line were considerable. Contacting Rachael for all my flights be they long are short is always my go to plan.

With this knowledge she offers various options, but is usually correct about the right one for you. She is very prompt in responding and fully keeps you abreast of progress with a booking. Rachel is the most accommodating travel agent I have come across and to have a personal agent at your finger tips who knows exactly what type of holiday you and your partner would like, and more importantly what you wouldn't like, is a god send especially when you are spending a lot of money .. Absolutely excellent service

Rachel is everything anyone could wish for in a travel agent. Thorough, knowledgeable and professional: nothing is missed or left to chance, everything is researched and all options are considered to make our journeys and holidays better than I imagined possible. Rachel has arranged two trips for me in the last year and I can honestly say it will be a long time before I consider using anyone else to co-ordinate my holidays. Rachel is so efficient that it is not worth even considering making my own arrangements, although I admit that the first time I contacted her to organise a holiday it was because what I wanted was, when I tried to book it myself online, way above my budget. Rachel not only reduced the cost of the holiday I had found online, she actually upgraded the standard within the lower price she offered me. I was, and remain, very impressed. I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough.
