My experience with Travel Counsellors has been brilliant. They were fast to respond to all my queries, found different options for flights and hotels within my budget and were able to find little gems that I don’t think I would have found on a google search. They have organised all of my transfers too which was a great help. They are so friendly and organised, responding quickly to all my little added questions with a wealth of knowledge. I have already recommended them to friends!

It was a pleasure booking my honeymoon with Rich - I trusted his ideas and guidance and now I can’t wait to actually travel! Looking forward to continue working together to refine the rest of the trip :)

Richard was so amazing at helping with our holidays. His attention to detail is second to none and turnaround time is so fast.

I couldn't have been more delighted with the service I received from Richard. We approached him more than a year before our intended very special holiday. He said it was too early to start planning and promised to reopen the conversation. He then did exactly that, when he had said he would. He listened to all our dreams - some vague, some precise - and promised to return within a week with a proposal. Again, he did exactly that. We suggested one or two changes and we discussed one or two of his ideas. All amendments were done swiftly, with cost implications made clear. We accepted most of his advice and turned down a little. We were never made to feel uncomfortable - quite the reverse: he always listened carefully and showed understanding of our thinking (and patience with our dithering). When we made our final itinerary decision, we felt we did so with all the facts clear in our heads. Richard immediately completed all the bookings and confirmed the price as originally estimated. The documentation provided was comprehensive and clear, but not overwhelming.
