⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently returned from what can only be described as the trip of a lifetime, travelling around the Far East in July 2026, and we have Reema at Travel Counsellors to thank for making it such an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning Rima was exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our holiday and planned every detail to perfection. She booked all of our flights with the best connections, making what could have been a complicated multi-country itinerary completely stress-free. The hotels she recommended were outstanding—each one exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, location, and service. Every destination flowed seamlessly into the next, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about the logistics. Rima was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the initial planning phase through to our time on the ground in Kenya, her personal attention, prompt follow-up and genuine care made the entire process effortless. She tailored everything perfectly to our family's needs and was always available when we needed her. The pricing was extremely competitive without compromising on quality. Rima helped us book our stay in Greece at Sani, and it was genuinely such an easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile — even picking up the phone on a Saturday when needed, which is honestly quite rare these days. She managed to secure us a better rate, helped with any issues that came up with the hotel, and really pushed on our behalf to make sure we were looked after. She is very easygoing, professional and lovely to deal with, but also clearly works very hard for her clients. We’ll definitely be using her again for next year’s booking.

Rima was recommended by a friend of a friend. She arranged our trip to Mombasa/Kenya via Nairobi. Rima booked and arranged everything to perfection including our transfers. Before our holiday began as well as during our holiday Rima was always available and hands on to give us advice when needed or sort any issues that arose. (Which luckily were not many). My family and I have used Rima from Travel Counsellors a few times, the most recent time being a big family holiday to Doha. We reached out to Rima initially just looking for flights with its own complexities (different departure dates, infants in tow, specific dietaries etc.) and Rima managed everything from start to finish with ease, making our entire booking process simplified and seamless. We thought we'd had hotels in mind, but with her advice and knowledge in the industry, Rima was able to help us book a better hotel that met all our needs perfectly. I recently went on an unforgettable holiday with a group of friends to Zimbabwe, Cape Town, and Kruger National Park in South Africa. It was our first cruise experience and we were very apprehensive about the whole process before embarking on the holiday but what can i say! Rima Rohra was a perfect travel counsellor /consultant who was extremely patient and attentive to address all the questions we through at her. She even checked us in on our arrival and departure flights for the Caribbean cruise. She gave us excellent tips and advised us on the best cruise to suite us as a family of 6 as we were celebrating several milestones and birthdays. Six of us had booked a Ten Days Caribbean Cruise to celebrate Three big Birthdays, with a four day extended stay in Miami from 9 April to 23 April 2025. Rima had taken onboard our preferences, including dietary requirements, accommodation and transfers. From the day London to arrival back in London, everything went to plan as per the itinerary. I would highly recommend Rima as a specialist Travel consultant.

Rima is fantastic. Excellent levels of communication with me and the various hotels to ensure my family and I have the best experience and all of our asks are met. I have 2 small children and so as a family we do require more attention. Rima is experienced to demand from the hotels a little extras and fast to act on deals. Thoroughly recommend her.

Rima booked our Christmas trip to Thailand. We had a great holiday and found Rima to be extremely helpful and informative . We have never been to Thailand before and with a family with younger children wanted something we could all enjoy . Rima found us a brilliant hotel in a great area and was in constant contact with us throughout our holiday ensuring we were having the best time possible. We booked our cruise through Rima Rohra (P&O cruise liner) in December 2024 and everything from start to finish was perfect. All administration was handled in a very professional way. Check-in and transfers were all very smooth and Rima kept checking with us if we needed any clarification / help with anything till we were about to board. My husband and I would definitely recommend her services for smooth sailing !

Rima booked us a 10-night all-inclusive holiday at the Aska Lara Resort & Spa, Antalya, Turkey. It’s not far from the airport and it is a lovely, clean, modern, well-kept hotel with lots of facilities and a great Spa. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. Booking with Rima was a smooth and easy process and she communicated well with me throughout. It’s so nice to have a knowledgeable person to speak to and email any queries, who really cares about the service they provide. She kindly dropped my travel documents as I live nearby. She also offered to check us in the night before. She contacted our private transfer company before we departed to make sure all was ok with our airport pick up. A few days after we arrived, she got in touch to check all was going well. Prior to the holiday she also contacted the hotel to advise my birthday was coming up and to please do something special to mark the occasion. The hotel kindly decorated my room with balloons and left a lovely cake and bottle of Prosecco. On the day of departure there was some confusion with the transfer back to the airport and I called her for assistance; she was onto the transfer company straight away to sort things out. We are very pleased with and appreciative of the very personal service Rima gives. We will be booking our next holiday with her. Thank you Rima! :)

I wish to thank Rima Rohra in appreciation of her efforts in helping us in planning and booking a family holiday on my 60th wedding anniversary. It resulted in a 7 day Alaska cruise followed by a visit to USA in June this year. Rima made the whole travel process for the entire trip extremely simple and easy. We were a group of seven and she checked us in for all our flights and assigned us our seat preferences. On board the outward flight from Heathrow to Seattle we were pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of champagne to commemorate our 60th wedding anniversary! She had also arranged for a cake to be provided in our suite as well as decorations for our anniversary which I and my wife felt was a nice touch. During the cruise leg of our trip, Rima assisted us with the personalised cruise app for booking specific excursions. All in all, I would definitely recommend Rima to any traveller as she goes over and above the booking phase by ensuring that all travel admin aspects are deftly handled, and she is always accessible in case of any issues arising. This made our trip proceed seamlessly culminating in an enjoyable and a memorable experience overall!

My sister and I booked a Cruise with Rima. This was my first cruise so I was a bit apprehensive. Rima fully explained the process, explained the logistics and was in regular contact with us. Rima explained about the completing of the details on the P & O Cruise portal, ensured we had the flight details and had checked in for the flight. While on the cruise ship she regularly checked with us that we were ok and had no issues on board. We are already wishing we were back in Thailand and Dubai!! Rima booked our honeymoon package for us and we had the most amazing time!! We told Rima our preferred destinations and from then onwards she handled everything so smoothly for us! The package included flights, hotels, and transport to and from the airports. We had been checked in online for all flights beforehand with meal preferences booked in advance too. All transport services were on time and we were provided with contact details beforehand for ease; it was so great to not have to think about booking a taxi before and after flights. All pre flight transport was booked in line with giving us enough time for baggage drop, security checks and shopping at the airport. Rima had great knowledge about the best locations to stay in and what's available there (restaurants, night life, tourist attractions) as well as the best hotel recommendations, we couldn't have chosen better hotels in both locations, and both hotels were informed that we are on our honeymoon for an extra special stay; they included many extras like special honeymoon decor in the room, rose petals in the bathtub, and cake... very romantic!! Rima also checked in with us through the trip to ensure all was going smoothly which we really appreciated! Rima really showed that she truly cares and wanted us to enjoy the trip to the fullest! We are super thankful to Rima for booking the most amazing trip for us, and making it extra special for our honeymoon!! What a wonderful honeymoon we had in Sri Lanka and Maldives!
