Samantha at Travel Counsellors is a truly professional travel agent, seeking and tailoring the perfect holiday for you whatever your budget. We needed a quick getaway for a week for half term. After trying to find the time to search I decided to ask Samantha for her help. She provided us with not just one option but five options to choose from initially and all were lovely, one of which we all liked. We had to have a holiday that suited the needs of both younger family and older. She did it, Samantha found the perfect destination and a hotel that met all our requirements and within a few days we was booked. Samantha made this process so easy with an online portal to pay which was so easy to use, and she even entered all our passport details and took over the timely admin part of the booking. We celebrated our 10-year anniversary with the most unforgettable holiday! The views were absolutely stunning — like something out of a dream. Everything was perfectly arranged for us by Samantha from start to finish, making it completely stress-free and so special. I was looking for flights to Canada to visit family with my three young children, options were limited due to the lateness of booking. I approached Samantha who listened diligently to my requirements, within a short time Samantha came back with flight options better than I could find myself.
After booking the flights via the myTC app, Samantha kept in constant communication up until the flight, and in preparation checked us in, completing seat selection and forwarded the tickets.
Towards the end of the holiday Samantha once again checked in with us advising that she had checked us in for the return flight and booked seats.
Upon our return we had a lovely card welcoming us home.
I have honestly never had such a pleasant experience booking flights and would not hesitate in using Samantha again.
