A HUGE thank you to Sol Cowie for making our holiday to Cyprus perfect. Sol sorted everything for us from needing 2 rooms together meaning the boys weren't at the other end of the holiday village. Any little questions I had Sol was on it straight away contacting the hotel. It definitely took the stress out off the holiday for me beforehand. Especially as we had prebooked our seats on the plane, Sol checked us in and was already sorting out the change in seating on the plane due to a change of plane. During the holiday Sol touched in to make sure everything was ok and even wished my husband a happy birthday while we were there. It's the personal touches, care and detail to everything. We will definitely be using Sol and Travel Counsellors again. Thank you again Sol

Our Travel Counseller Our Travel Counseller, Sol Cowie (travel-sol-utions), is an absolute star! I had an idea that I wanted to go to Italy - I presented it to her, and she quickly turned into a reality. I didn't have to do ANY of the organisation or admin... she arranged car hire, contacted the tour company and the hotel on our behalf, even checked us in for our flights, and kept in touch all the way just in case we needed anything. The MyTC App keeps all your documents in one handy place and works really well. Thanks Sol... we're already looking forward to our next trip!

Trip of a Lifetime to Barcelona F1 First of all I would just like to thank our Travel Counsellor Sol Cowie for putting together such a wonderful trip, for such fabulous communication, ensuring we had all the information we needed and for checking in on us before, during and after. Five star service for sure. We flew to Barcelona on the Friday and located our transfer thanks to excellent detailed instructions. The hotel we were staying at was fabulous and right on the beach in the town of Calella. The town was great and we spent time on the beach and exploring. There was a local festival on so we were treated to costumes, music and dancing most of the weekend when we were in town which was an added bonus. The hotel food was fabulous, buffet style with lots to choose from and the hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was super clean and had everything we needed. The transfer to the track and back on Saturday and Sunday was very well organised and a lady called Nuria met us at the pick up and drop off and ensured everyone knew where they were going and when and were to meet afterwards, The seats in Grandstand G were amazing, right in from of turn 13 so we saw lots of action. We walked around the whole track and the icing on the cake was a British 1, 2, 3 which was just brilliant. Flights, hotel, F1, and transfers were all excellent. I just wished we had stayed another day to soak up some more sun on the beach!! Thanks again Sol, we are already planning our next trip so will be in touch shortly! (Liz, Rachel & Clare)

Moroccan Railway Adventure We are back from a fantastic rail adventure holiday in Morocco. Just the 2 of us, not with a group all well organised by Sol. We stayed in some beautiful riads which she found for us and visited lots of interesting places and learned a lot about the long history and culture of the country from our knowledgeable guides, all proud Moroccans whatever their backgrounds. On arrival at Marrakesh airport we were met by the local rep who gave us our tickets for the 7 rail journeys. We can recommend travelling by train in Morocco. They are on time and comfortable. It was good to have the back up of a Travel Councellor when we had a couple of issues on the train. One was to change the departure station (luckily there was more than one in the city) as upgrades taking place in the one we were booked from meant the escalators and lifts were out of action which made taking suitcases down 2 flights of stairs difficult with my mobility issue. The other was when our driver didn't arrive in time to get us to the station (he was tired!). This meant we had to get the tickets changed to the one an hour later. All this done through TC. Sol also arranged assistance for me at the airports and tried to make sure we had ground floor rooms. She contacted all the roads before we went to arrange. All in all a very successful and enjoyable holiday. Thank you Sol

Amazing family holiday in Thailand Just had the most amazing family holiday in Thailand tailored completely to our wishes by Sol Cowie. Sol was on hand from handling our booking and even during our holiday sorting out a hotel issue for us immediately. Everything went smoothly and I loved the My Travel Counsellor app for keeping all our information in one place. Would definitely recommend Travel Counsellors!

Lovely 2 week self-catering holiday in Hurghada. It is not easy to find a reliable self-catering apartment in Hurghada near the town. Sol found us a lovely one with a (warm) pool on the roof terrace and comfy chairs, sofa and bed. It was close to shops, restaurants and bars and the main thoroughfare. We were also able to use the beach at a restaurant owned by the same company. Win, win. Our transfers to and from the airport were organised efficiently and we had good communication from the taxi company. Sol kept us up to date on any changes made by the airline and checked us in. She also organised the assistance I needed at the airport and checked there was a lift at our accommodation. All in all we had a lovely holiday and will be using Sol again to book future ones.

Best Travel Counsellor Sol is the best travel counsellor I could have asked for! She made my life so much easier for doing the work and going above and beyond with her service. Because of this we could enjoy our holiday. The only problem I have is that I can not give Sol more stars, because she aced it for us! Already telling my friends and family to use her service.

I will always book my holiday with Travel Counsellors I booked a skiing holiday to Italy through Sol Cowie and it was so easy. She took care of everything all I had to do was pack my case remember my passport and get to the airport. Sol printed my tickets ( yes I'm old school, I like a paper ticket) she booked seats on the plane this was great for me because I was so busy and it helped me so much. The customer care and personal service means a lot to me and Sol did all of this. THANK YOU 😊

One week on from our amazing trip to Italy. We stayed in Venice, Lake Garda and Milan and also visited Lake Como and St Moritz in Switzerland to travel on the famous Bernina Express. It was amazing and everything we could have wished for. I want to say a huge thank you to @travel_sol_utions for making our silver wedding anniversary celebrations truly special and something we’ll remember forever. I can’t recommend Sol enough, finding fantastic hotels, organising transfers and car hire and getting that bucket list trip on the Red Train . Package holidays have their place but bespoke adventures are so much more and with Sol’s help and experience she can take away the stress of trying to organise one yourself. She got us everything we wanted within our budget, communication was fab (even checking all was ok when we were there) and we felt very looked after. Only problem now is I need to start thinking about another trip!

Once you've used Travel Counsellor Sol Cowie you'll be using her for all of your future holidays This was my first experience of using a Travel Counsellor and I wasn't sure if it was all a bit too good to be true (Spoiler - it is most definitely not too good to be true). I asked Sol Cowie to organise a holiday for myself and 2 children (21 & 17) at fairly short notice without much of a brief about what we wanted (we knew we didn't want a sunbed resort type holiday). Sol was quickly able to establish what we wanted and what was important to us. She takes the time to find out about you, what a holiday means to you, what you want and what you need. We had a brilliant week in Budapest and Vienna. Hotels in perfect locations, private transfers and lots of experiences (small group walking tours, thermal baths and our unexpected highlight of a classical music concert at the Schönbrunn Palace in the home of classical music Vienna). Want to change the flights to better times? no problem. Want to swap the day of an experience? no problem. The total price was within the budget I'd allocated myself and Sol found ways to make savings along the way. We would not have gone on this holiday were it not for Sol as I would never have found the time to research all the individual components and work out how to put it all together. Sol is a seasoned traveller and explorer and knows how to plan a great holiday within a budget. I am happy to recommend Sol Cowie without any hesitation. Sol was fantastic. She was very responsive to us. She pulled together a fantastic trip at short notice. All her suggestions for trips were brilliant and we got a fantastic mix of high adrenaline activities and luxury. She is so considered and detailed. Everything went smoothly.

We went to Sol for a last minute holiday to Greece. We were looking online and because of our specific travel needs with flights and things we struggled to get a good price. Sol found us a perfect villa with a private pool and flights with onwards flights to another destination for a really good price. I would recommend Sol to anyone. She was on hand for anything we needed and checked in with us every step of the process. Really grateful for everything. Will 100% use Sol again in future.
