Dear Sue Returned on Sunday from a fantastic week in Mallorca. We had fantastic views up the mountain to the church, and beyond to the sea every morning when we opened our curtains. It wouldn’t have been the same without your help and experience, many thanks. We will certainly book through you again.

Booking holidays or business trips can be stressful, so knowing someone like Sue takes all the strain and hassle away. She has a wealth of knowledge and contacts, supported by secure knowledge of places around the world and a work ethic that is second to none. Sue goes out of her way to provide awesome service whilst not being intrusive. When there are hiccups at the airport she is at the end of the phone covering your worries by ringing hotels, car hire companies and any other link to ensure there is minimum fall-out and all runs smoothly. I thoroughly recommend Sue to anyone thinking of travelling in the UK or abroad .. by air, land or sea.

Sue gave us superb service with the arranging of our two holidays, one in the Rockies and the big one Australia. We did not experience any problems with hotels, flights, etc. With her expert knowledge she was able to put everything together. We had no problems in the 7 weeks holiday in Australia. Sue kept us informed all the time with emails & telephone. We want her to do our next holiday this year.

Sue is not my local Travel Counsellors representative but was recommended to me by a very good friend. We have never met but this has not stopped us from building a good relationship via telephone and email. Sue has booked my wedding in the Dominican Republic in March 2009. If I had asked for the moon Sue would have delivered and then just a little bit more! We can't wait for experience she has planned.

This was no holiday - this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!! I was lucky enough to win a trip to Shamwari in South Africa, located on the Eastern Cape it is around an hours drive from Port Elizabeth. Shamwari, meaning "friend", is a malaria free game reserve and is home to the Big Five and also the "Born Free" sanctuary. Our mission? To take on the role of rookie rangers and learn as much bushcraft in our time there as possible. Five apprehensive but excited Travel Counsellors travelled from Heathrow via Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth in June 2008, none of us really knowing...

This was a surprise holiday for my husband’s 50th birthday. We needed somewhere to relax and de-stress and I must say the Maldives is the certainly the place to achieve it. We flew with Emirates via Dubai and landed in Male around 9.30am. After a quick clearance through customs we were ushered to our speedboat which took us and four other guests on the 40 minute journey to Anantara, our resort on Dhigu Island in the South Male Atoll. This paradise escape is made up of two small islands which you can hop between by using the little shuttle boat...
