Suzanne Boyle

We were working with a tight budget for our family of 4 trip to Japan for a family wedding and Suzanne (Suzi) worked very hard to meet our needs. She was friendly, professional, attentive, creative and did a fabulous job! This is my first time using Travel Counsellors and have no hesitation in using the service and Suzi again.

Just a note now we are at last home to thank you for all the work and effort that went into making this past month of travels go so smoothly, and for being so responsive when problems arose. I’m looking forward to making more train plans and holidays in the future. I confidently don’t think we’d have found the Conservatorium without you, and it was such a treat to spoil the family and our son is now obsessed with hotel pools. Thank you very much.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars Suzanne made our once in a lifetime trip to America for the World Cup an absolutely incredible experience from the start to to the end. All flights, accommodation, and transfers where spot on. I would highly recommend Suzanne, nothing was to much trouble. She kept in touch to make sure everything was ok and that we were happy. Fantastic multi stop trip.… The full trip from flights to transfers and accommodation went extremely well and made it hassle free. We were very happy with the excellent value. The service from Suzanne was excellent, and the TC app was a very useful service. I would definitely recommend Suzanne and TC to assist with your plans.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars We had a fantastic holiday in Morocco We had a fantastic holiday in Morocco, booked through Suzi. Our holiday originally started at a different hotel, but due to am early notification regarding some renovation works taking place, we asked if it would be possible to move to a different resort before travelling. Suzi dealt with everything quickly and seamlessly, even saving us some money, and we were moved to a different hotel without any stress or fuss. We had a great time away as a multigenerational family and really appreciated having Suzi there to help when we needed her. It made such a difference knowing everything was being taken care of. We would happily recommend Suzi to anyone looking to book their next holiday. Anna x

From my very first enquiry about Euro Disney right through to our departure date, she kept me consistently updated and informed. 5 Star Review From paradise to disaster... Suzi catered to even the smallest of details. Just the little things like a welcome note at each destination or a call to check I was doing okay. Being a solo traveller, I loved that cars were at each location to pick me up. I had an amazing holiday but using Suzi's services gave me peace of mind if anything went wrong and it did! It was home time, I was ready and excited to be heading home after three months travelling. I was at the airport ready to check in my baggage when we were told that our flights had been cancelled due to the outbreak of war! The first call I received was from Suzi. She was at the other end of the phone and was already on it. I returned to my hotel and every day Suzi checked in and rebooked my flights and accommodations only to have them cancelled five times. I was delayed by eight nights but Suzi worked tirelessly day and night to get me on a flight home. Again, I didn't make it easy for her as I did not want to fly via the USA so this restricted the routes and flights available. I loved that she just took over. Honestly, I would have panicked at the enormity of the task with all of the World air routes closing down. She got me home safe and sound and I am extremely grateful for all the reassuring chats as this was the first time I was a solo traveller for over 40 years! I will definitely be using her for all my future travels.

10/10 Suzi is great, we were back and forth a lot being indecisive but we never felt like we were being a pain in the butt. In the end we got exactly what we were after so that for me is 10 out of 10 all day long

Marvellous Milan Hotel was lovely, staff were great. Great location for getting everywhere and the flights and transfers were really good. Would highly recommend to book with Suzanne Boyle.

10/10 Golf in Marrakech Suzi did an amazing job organising our trip for us. She listened to our needs asking the right questions to ensure she understood them. Very friendly, easy to deal with and professional. Kept us up to date every step of the way and couldn't have done more. A very smooth experience.

5 Star !!! The perfect honeymoon, beautifully organised. Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to Suzi from Travel Counsellors. From the very beginning, she made the whole process effortless . Every detail was thought through and organised beautifully. All of our flights, transfers, and excursions ran smoothly without a single hiccup, which meant we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. Suzi was always available if we needed her and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. Before we set off, she gave us a beautifully personalised travel pack, complete with all the information we needed and some lovely thoughtful touches, it really set the tone for the trip and made us feel so well looked after. 10/10 A seamless and stress-free booking experience. I recently booked my Greek Island hop holiday with Suzi, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully put together, communication was clear and prompt, and every detail has been taken care of. Planning a holiday can often feel rather overwhelming for me, but this made it easy and genuinely enjoyable.

10/10 Suzi was very attentive to our requirements and kept us up to date throughout the booking process. Very happy with the service we received.

Island Hopping Every detail of our trip had been carefully considered by Suzi to make sure our travels were seamless from start to finish. No long waits for check in, no super early flights or layovers. Ferries all booked to coincide with check outs and transfers. Each hotel had something for everyone in our family (apart from golf thankfully) and every island we explored was just enough time to settle in and enjoy before moving on to the next destination. As a family we are looking forward to booking our next adventure and will definitely be looking to Travel Counsellors to help plan our trip. Date of experience: July 21, 2025

Perfect Planning by Suzi! Suzi did an amazing job planning our long weekend in Berlin. She booked a hotel which was central, clean and comfy. Exactly what we were looking for. It was really close to transport links which made exploring the city very easy. We also got to check-in early which was even better after our early morning flight! We had a packed three days exploring the city armed with our suggestions from Suzi of the top things to do and see in the city. This was super helpful in terms of ensuring we saw all the top attractions. Suzi is professional, friendly and genuinely listened to what we were looking for and delivered this perfectly.
