Terry-Anne has booked our family holidays for over 20 years plus now and has tailored or holiday to our specific choices especially as she has got to know us over the years .whether we travel as a family or individually .she has given us some great recommendations as well as excellent advice and tips . We recently had a family river cruise that we had to cancel due to low river levels , and TerryaAnne worked hrs to make sure we had a substantial substitute last minute , so we didn’t have to miss out and kept us updated every step of the way . Terry-Anne always finds us a flight that matches our requirements and gives good value. She also goes the extra mile to solve a problem. For example, when our son missed his flight home (to Singapore) from university (in UK) at Christmas, Terry-Anne pulled out all the stops to get him a last minute replacement. Not only that, but she checked train times from his local station to the airport and briefed him along the way on how to set up the airline app so that he could check in online. She's a star!
