Hello and welcome to my webpage, giving you an insight into my 20+ year career in the Travel Industry and the service I provide.
Based in Southampton I feel it was only natural for my love of the high seas to have steered my career. I loved every minute of my 4 years working onboard Cunard ships, 3.5 years on Queen Mary 2 – what I considered to be my second home. Then proudly launching Queen Elizabeth as Customer Services Manager. Other roles included Finance Manager and Administration Manager. All of these positions have given me skills to run a successful business.
I’m here to deliver exceptional customer service, plan your perfect trip based on your personal and financial requirements. With my personal service, a friendly and warm approach we will work together to ensure your holiday dreams come true, memories are made and adventures taken. Let’s put some ticks on that bucket list!
When I board a flight, take my seat, have my magazine, tablet and headphones on it’s like something goes off inside. I’m filled with excitement of what a fabulous time is ahead of me. What excites you?
My personal trips include South Africa, Australia, seeing New Zealand’s North Island by campervan, Thailand, Backpacking in India and a USA road trip. Along with other European, USA, Caribbean and Mexico trips. I have travelled the world quite literally and look forward to not only giving you inspiration from my experiences but also having my customers ideas and trips inspire me.
I have many years experience in Corporate Travel too, understanding last minute requests and the need to be reactive to emergencies. Fulfilling my clients/customers every need.
