We recently returned from a week-long self-drive holiday in Tasmania, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish, thanks to the incredible planning of Veronique Surry. Veronique curated a perfect 'horseshoe' itinerary that allowed us to see the very best of the island. We started in Hobart, where we visited the world-class mona (Museum of Old and New Art) and before heading off to see Russell Falls, the stunning Wineglass Bay, and the crystal-clear waters of the Bay of Fires. We also loved exploring the historic charm of towns like Richmond and Oatlands, too many other fabulous places too mention but eventually finishing our journey at the spectacular Cataract Gorge in Launceston. The accommodation Veronique selected—including the Doctor Syntax Hotel, the Waterloo Hotelin Swansea, Panorama St Helens, and the Art Hotel on York—was consistently well-appointed and perfectly placed to discover all the local attractions. Logistically, the trip was a dream. Picking up the car just minutes from Hobart Airport and returning it just as easily at Launceston Airport made the travel portion stress-free. If you want a perfectly tailored, high-quality Tasmanian experience, I cannot recommend Veronique highly enough. She made our holiday truly special.

This is the second time I have used Veronique to plan and book a holiday and I have to say she has been absolutely amazing on both occasions. We had an amazing time in Marrakech. We wanted a blend of culture and the freedom to eat out and experience authentic Moroccan food, but we also knew our children would love the excitement of an all-inclusive hotel with waterslides and activities. Veronique suggested the perfect solution: five nights in the heart of Marrakech, staying in a traditional riad with the souks and eateries right on our doorstep, followed by five nights at an all-inclusive resort just outside the city. It was absolutely perfect – even our 12 and 14-year-olds loved both parts of the holiday equally. One of the biggest highlights was spending an afternoon with a warm, welcoming Moroccan family. We visited their local markets and then shared a traditional meal in their home – a truly special experience. We also loved the camel ride and quad biking adventure in the desert. Veronique organised all our transfers and experiences for us, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Even when we needed to change a transfer time, she handled it all on our behalf. When one of our excursions changed the meeting point from a short walk to an hour-round taxi trip (that we would have had to pay for), she stepped in and sorted it – arranging for the company to collect and drop us off at no extra cost. Thanks to Veronique, we could simply enjoy our time in Morocco. We wouldn't hesitate to book with her again.

Just returned from Krakow , a four day trip organised by Veronique . She delivered in everything I asked , flights, hotel , transfers, trips to Auschwitz and Birkenau .
