Hi and a warm welcome to my web page. I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years and I am so privileged to currently be a part of this outstanding company, Travel Counsellors. Travel Counsellors is a world leading company which is independently owned. We offer our customers 100% financial protection and 24/7 care before, during and after travel. We have an exceptional caring team at head office who help me with all aspects of my travel business. This includes a huge technology team who are constantly developing our IT systems - more recently releasing the myTC app and portal which gives you real time access to your bookings allowing you to make payments, view flight and hotel details and travel documents.

I offer a highly personal travel service. I am different from booking on the internet as I care passionately about my customers and take time to find out what their travel preferences and needs are. I also have access to our great tailor making system which means I can personalise your holiday adding all those little extras to make your holiday unique to you. As I work from home I have the flexibility to be available at different times of the day, even if it is outside normal working hours. And crucially I am available during those tough times that can affect your trip for example ash clouds over Iceland, Tour Operator failures, airline and traffic controller strikes, adverse weather conditions and more recently the Covid Pandemic.

I have been booking holidays for my lovely customers for a long, long time and have been lucky to have some exceptional feedback from them.
