First off, let me tell you, the best thing about being a Travel Counsellor is all the traveling and getting to experience different places all around the world. It's truly amazing! And every single day, I have the pleasure of talking about my favorite subject - holidays and travel. How cool is that?! I mean, I genuinely adore my job. I get to make my clients' travel dreams come true by putting together incredible trips and experiences that create memories lasting a lifetime. Seeing their excitement and being there for them every step of the way is simply priceless.
You know, I'm always up for exploring new places. Finding the local gems, like those hidden restaurants and bars, really helps me in crafting the best trips for my clients. And when I have some downtime, there's nothing better than relaxing with a good book - whether it's by the pool, on the beach, or even on one of those amazing cruise ships!
Believe it or not, I'm heading into my 12th year as a Travel Counsellor. It's been quite the journey. I've been in the Travel Industry for 23 years now, and let me tell you, things have definitely changed over time. We've weathered a few storms since I started on the high street with Lunn Poly. But, you know what? One thing that never changes is my desire to travel and take care of my clients. It's what I live for!

Siobhain our travel counsellor, has been incredible! Our skiing trip to France was cancelled last minute, but Siobhain found us a great replacement trip to Andorra. She was always on the end of the phone no matter what time of day, even through the Christmas break. Highly recommend!!

Service from Siobhain Barnes is and always has been excellent. She booked my emergency flight whilst on her holiday! I am sincerely grateful. BA was a problem for her to book my seat 24 hrs before as I had to download an app etc and I couldn’t do that and they wouldn’t allow her as my agent so I was totally unhappy with BA for that. Siobhain has been so professional and helpful. She has been patient when my dates and requirements and budget have changed and has come back time and time again with new quotes. She has taken the leg work out of our holiday and taken care of the research. She has presented me with various options and I am delighted to say she has found us the perfect holiday and it is all booked for 2023.
