Hello and BIG welcome to my web page. My name is Tracy and I have worked in the travel industry for the past 20 years.
I absolutely LOVE everything about travel, I spend hours reading travel brochures, watching travel programmes, I'm a travel addict. The travel industry is my life, my passion and every single enquiry I receive is treated like my first booking from all those years ago. I focus greatly on my customer service skills and will provide you with a service I am very proud of. Also I am available at a time that suits you, my customer. May it be in the evening or even a weekend call.
In my many years in travel I have travelled extensively and seen many different parts of the world (and lots more to see) which allows me to offer you first hand advice. No two places are the same, I think that is why I have such a passion for my job. It really is a big wide world out there.
We as a company have great relationships with an array of travel suppliers and can without a doubt offer you some of the best deals around, from suppliers which most high street agents do not have access to.
So what's it to be? A cruise down the Nile? A relaxing Caribbean break? Skiing down the snowy slopes? Or singing to the sound of music in Austria? Whatever your holiday needs may be, I can arrange them. I have always loved dealing with group bookings and have wonderful memories of meeting new people and the fabulous countries I have visited with the groups. Tracy booked our entire trip for us which had a few little extras. It was a vey special trip for our family. Tracy was absolutely brilliant from the very first booking right through to our very travel documentation. I can't rate Tracy enough as she took care of every need so in turn let us have a completely stress free experience.
It was a first for us going to Florida so we found Tracy's help and advice invaluable. I would highly recommend Tracy and have already done so to many of my friends and family. She provided us with a very personal but, highly professional service. We can't thank her enough for what she did for us.
The holiday itself was magical in every way, the journey itself went without a hitch and as I said we had a few little extras, we stayed in three different hotels on our trip, all of which were excellent. Tracy helped us in choosing each hotel. We can't thank Tracy enough for making our holiday so hassle free and enjoyable.

Every time we go on holiday we like to stay five star, for this reason we book through Tracy Lowry at Travel Counsellors. Tracy gives five star service from the moment you ask her to find your holiday. Once she knows the type of holiday you are looking for nothing else needs to be done except pay and go (even the luggage labels are written out for you).
What can I say! Five star service from Tracy.

I was introduced to Tracy Lowry in 2010 by a mutual business friend. They knew that I made the majority of my travel arrangements myself, which has been a lot over the years, with varying numbers of people travelling by different means. I have found Tracy's services so good over the last year, that I would never again consider booking any other way than through Tracy.

We have used Tracy on 3 occasions to arrange transport and accommodation for touring parties of up to 50 people when fulfilling rugby fixtures in both England and Wales.
Her service has been invaluable saving us both money and time (especially when dealing with the inevitable name changes only days before departure).
