Alex is excellent - highly recommended. He is particular responsive to emails an the itineraries that he has put together for us have been first rate.

"The best service from Alex This was our second time booking with Alex and once again we couldn’t have asked for more!! We spent weeks going back and forth asking Alex about different hotels and particular room types and nothing was too much trouble. No matter what time of the day I emailed him I always got a prompt response. British airways cancelled our flight and we had to move somethings around and fly a day earlier but Alex did this quickly and efficiently. The hotels recommended by Alex were perfect for us and we received exceptional service. We also arranged travel insurance with the recommended company and again that experience was seamless and great value for money. Alex never once pressured us and worked within our budget and we were pleasantly surprised on the deal he built for us. Outstanding service again We are just back from our honeymoon in Italy. Again, we have had another outstanding experience booking our trip with Alex. He is efficient, responsive 24/7, knowledgeable, flexible and covered everything we requested. When began to create our trip he offered us a range of options with different price points and never put pressure on us to book, we like to have time to think and consider our options. After we initially booked we decided to change a hotel and add an extra stop, this was no issue and Alex amended our booking efficiently.
