I have worked through many of the challenging times which have impacted countries and the travel industry. This includes the impact of 9/11, the Ash Cloud, Tsunamis and of most recently COVID-19 and related Government travel policy decisions. None of us could have imagined the level of disruption on travel which we’ve encountered. I have been able to provide advice on changes to travel, respond to client needs and navigate through the range of often complicated policy restrictions. but being available for my clients allowed me to advise and rearrange around the restrictions in place, giving them the reassurance that they are not alone.I look forward to arranging trips for this year and beyond.
