In March 2020 my friends and I enjoyed a short break in New York, flying via Dublin with Aer Lingus and clearing customs there, which I found much easier than flying direct into JFK. I have plenty of tips to help you make the most of your own New York itinerary.More recent travels keep my knowledge fresh and relevant. I have visited Australia, Turkey, Prague and sailed the Danube on an amazing river cruise. In June 2025 I enjoyed a family cruise on Brilliance of the Seas around Greece, Turkey and Cyprus, creating wonderful memories with all the family.In early 2026 I travelled even more. In January I flew out to Perth in Western Australia, where my daughter Ellie lives as she pursues her career as a midwife and where my brother and his family have been based for nearly 20 years. I stayed from January through to March, giving me in-depth experience of Perth and the surrounding area. Due to issues in the Middle East at the time, my return journey was rerouted and I travelled home via Singapore rather than Qatar. This first-hand experience of changing routings and airline options in a fast-moving situation has strengthened my ability to support clients when plans need to adapt. Earlier this year I also enjoyed a relaxing break in Puerto Pollensa in Majorca with my daughter, and a special trip with friends to Tavira in Portugal for a milestone birthday.I have a wealth of cruise knowledge after sailing on many wonderful ships including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, MSC, P&O and Seabourn. River cruising has become one of my favourite ways to explore, combining comfort with scenery and culture.I have extensive experience in long haul travel, round-the-world itineraries and luxury travel, and I also specialise in family holidays for all ages.
