She booked us a trip to California, staying in 4 different hotels across Los Angles, Anaheim (for Disney) and San Francisco. Everything was completely stress free and planned to absolute perfection. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Amanda and her communication was amazing. She gave us several options between destinations -from driving to internal flying. I would highly recommend to anyone booking their holidays. Thank you so much!

Just been on a fantastic holiday to Singapore, then cruised round Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia then to Bali & stayed for 4days . Everything was perfect from the hotels to taxis & the cruise ship & was all organised by a wonderful lady called Amanda Roper. She was always there on the phone if I had an enquiry & she made our fantastic holiday run smoothly & very enjoyable 🤩

We had an amazing 2 weeks in Malaysia We had an amazing two weeks in Malaysia and Borneo booked by Amanda Roper, Amanda listens to what we want and delivers exactly that. We had four stages to our trip, Kuala Lumpa was amazing, then we moved to Borneo for the orangutans Amanda arranged for us to have our own tour guide she knew where we needed to be at what time to get the best possible views, we moved on to have three river trips and everything was so well organised, finishing at a luxurious resort for 8 days, Can't wait for Amanda to book our next trip

Amanda Roper has sent us to 19 countries so far. Hardly a hitch, and the one or two we've had Amanda's sorted for us quickly. Trouble free, brilliant holidays!!

We could not fault Amanda Roper at Travel Counsellors, she was phenomenal. Everything was amazing start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and all the smallest details were covered, the dream honeymoon! We also found the app was super helpful for documents etc. can’t wait to book our next trip with Amanda!

Our trip was completely tailored to our individual needs, everything was covered, right down to pre-booking our aircraft seats on each flight along the way. But it was when a crisis occurred, that we really understood how invaluable our Amanda's dedicated support was. Air strikes meant that our flight home was cancelled, but Amanda was immediately on the case, and whilst we carried on with our holiday, she was busy, not only re-arranging our flights, but also liaising with our hotel for extended accommodation and the printing of our new air tickets, but she even re-booked our airport taxi for when we touched down in the UK. Absolutely amazing! We have already asked Amanda to plan our next trip, and we know she'll have our backs throughout!

As a returning customer, we have grown to expect a premium service and unsurprisingly, Amanda delivered again. She has built a great rapport with us over the past few years and can identify exactly what we are looking for in a holiday. We received multiple viable options to choose from, and were taken care of from initial contact through to arrival back home. The app is also extremely helpful and user friendly! Would highly recommend to friends and family alike and am already looking forward to our next engagement with Travel Counsellors.

I’ve just returned from a fantastic 3 week highly bespoke tour around the Caribbean with a friend starting in Miami and flying between the Islands of the Bahamas, Cuba, Cayman, Jamaica and Barbados. After approaching Amanda with some initial ideas she ran with them and devised the perfect trip. Every aspect of the holiday was selected carefully with Amanda’s experience and eye for detail providing us with the experience we wanted, from the most interesting places to visit to selecting the best accommodation. I'm so sorry it's taken me so long but I just wanted to say thanks so much for all your help with our holiday. We had a fantastic time, the weather was warm but not too hot for Eliza and the hotel and resort were perfect for us and in particular for our needs with having a baby, they even gave us a nice pool area view!
