I just wanted to write you a note to say thank you so much for organising our trip to Havana and Varadero in wonderful, wild and crazy Cuba! We had the most amazing time! Havana was a blast, we knew we'd love it, but to have such excellent trips organised for us was the icing on the cake! The Vintage car tour, and Hemingway house trip were amazing. The guide was super knowledgeable, fun and full of advice for us, which was brilliant. Thank you for suggesting and booking dinner in La Guardia for us. I will never forget it. The food and cocktails were magnificent. And the building itself is one big photographic shoot! A gorgeous evening. We really didn't want to leave Havana... we loved it. So many characters we met along the way.... but we did! And had another perfect transfer to Varadero. The Royalton was such a beautiful and special place. The food was excellent. We beached it every day - the white sand and warm sea... we really are totally spoiled now... (and having them bring drinks to you! Bliss!). Mercedes the rep was excellent. We enjoyed talking to her and booked a boat trip, which was fun. Again, another person, who looked after us perfectly. All in all, it was the best holiday we've had in a long time. So many amazing memories (and a fabulous tan!). I think we're still processing everything! I really do think that the service you put together, advice and your contacts made all the difference. We felt so looked after, and safe. Every step of the way. Thank you so much Ana for the thought and care put in! It was a truly memorable trip of a lifetime.

Ana was just wonderful at finding us a last minute holiday this summer. After a lucky escape with a scammer on air b&b she jumped in and saved the day. Not only that but a couple of small issue when we were away we dealt with very efficiently so no stress!! Will definitely be using here again. It’s the first time we have used your service and we are blown away. We had a rough idea of dates and costs for our trip which we passed to Ana who was really helpful. She advised us on flights, days and times to minimise cost and suggested a couple of choices of hotel. She automatically included airport transfers, car hire and other really handy things that we would have forgotten. The overall price came out lower than we were expecting, a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Ana and her service which we will definitely use again. A completely painless experience backed up by a fantastic app for our itinerary.

Ana has booked both a uk break and a abroad holiday for myself. On both occasions Ana has gone above and beyond from the very start with choosing where to go through to the end with little surprises for my wife and I on our honeymoon.

Ana arranged a family holiday to Venice for us; she could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic. The service from her and Travel Counsellors was first class, particularly given the remaining travel requirements due to the pandemic which are more complicated for travel in & out of Italy, and she made it all hassle free for us even booking all of our trips & entry tickets (skip the line thank goodness - you should have seen the length of the lines!!) and preparing our Passenger Locator Forms and booking our airline seats in advance.
