Please let me introduce myself - my name is Andrea Dalton and welcome to my webpage.
I have worked in the travel industry for over 35 years, working in Leeds with several different agencies from office junior up to branch manager. After moving to Cricieth in North Wales in 2007 I decided to join Travel Counsellors which is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
As a mother of two with a full time career, I know how difficult it is to find time to plan the weekly shop, never mind the annual holiday. Our time is valuable and though the internet offers a quick fix for purchasing so many products these days, most of us still need good honest advice and a personal service when shopping for our annual holiday.
I pride myself in offering a bespoke travel service, speaking with my clients from the very first contact until their return home. This is why they are happy to recommend my services to their friends and family, which is how my business has gone from strength to strength.

We have used Andrea for every family holiday for the last 10 years . Not only is she efficient , organised and extremely helpful , her friendly personality makes planning a holiday a complete joy . Andrea goes out of her way to make sure we have absolutely everything we need and she thinks about every scenario .We have travelled to Dubai , Lanzarote , Greece , Canary Islands , Disney and everytime there is a little ‘ Andrea Touch ‘ . She’s arranged birthday / anniversary cakes, cards champagne ! Those little details mean so much .If there is ever a problem when we are away , we can phone her day or night and she sorts it out immediately . We wouldn’t use any other agency or agent ! In my experience Andrea always provides a helpful and friendly service with superb attention to detail to ensure your holiday plans happen just as you would hope or imagine.
Andrea's has organised for me both short breaks and complex travelling including a round the world trip spanning 12 countires and a recent tour of 5 countries in South Amecia.

I have dealt with Andrea before and she has always been very helpful in finding the right flights for my family. So when it came to plan flights for my in laws and myself to go visit my husband in Dubai she was the first person I thought of.
With all that was required - flying from Bristol, no night flights and only flying through Schipol- Andrea was a star finding us the right flights. Will always use her services and will recommend her very highly.

When we decided to go to visit my brother in Australia last Easter (2011,) I contacted Andrea for help. Andrea had been recommended to me by my sister, who books her annual family holiday through Andrea. I gave Andrea an idea of what we wanted and I was very impressed with the friendly, personal, efficient and professional manner in which she works. We had a brilliant, hassle free holiday because Andrea arranged everything for us from flights to top class accommodation. I went to Andrea to book my honeymoon and I must say she was so helpfull, after an initial chat about what we wanted she got back to me in no time with a range of options, my buget was set so she found me the best quality for the cheapest prices in the best locations. Nothing was to much bother for her we even spent time on travel adviser together finding the best hotel. When we got to New York she had emailed the hotel to ge us an upgrade to a fancy room- same happend on the next leg of our trip in Miami- amazing ! I would highly recomend Andrea she will make sure you have holiday of a lifetime, she even contacts you when you get home to make sure you had a good time. I have nothing but thanks for her help.

We have had two holidays booked through Andrea andTravel Counsellors. A honeymoon to Las vegas, St Lucia and family holiday to Majorca. On both occasions we have had fantastic holidays. Well what can I say about Andrea? I can honestly say that I have not come across someone so committed to providing such a high level of service to her customers in a very long time.
