Grand Siva Resort in Hurghada, Egypt
I flew from Manchester with Monarch Airlines who I always find to be a good airline and on arrival after obtaining our visas, we had a short transfer to our hotel. Upon check-in we found we had been upgraded to a suite in the main building which was lovely but the standard rooms scattered around the resort in bungalows looked easily as nice.
We had seven nights of gorgeous sunshine, fantastic all inclusive food and drink (especially for kids), a pretty gently shelving beach, fabulous swim-up bar in the pool and great evening entertainment…what more could we ask for! Just outside the hotel is the Siva Mall with an internet café, a few bars and cafes, lots of gift shops and the ‘Little Buddha’ nightclub.
During our stay we hardly left the hotel other than a quick shopping trip and a full day snorkelling boat trip which was amazing!
