My husband and I are recently retired and have always dreamed of touring around mainland Greece. We know the kind of hotels we like to stay in and the places we wanted to see. However, we were having trouble putting a plan together and we did not know where to begin. This is where Audrey from Travel Counsellors came in. Audrey spoke with us directly and took great care in finding out from us exactly what we wanted and our needs. Audrey was very easy to talk to and we were very impressed with her use of her 25 years of experience. Having spoken to a number of different providers, and having spent a lot of time with us on an iterative process under which we homed in on what we actually wanted, Audrey was able to come up with a tailored package for us, which ticked every box. We cannot recommend her enough.

We recently booked a week-long holiday to the South of France with Audrey, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and full of fantastic recommendations — including Cassis, which turned out to be our absolute favourite place. Sarah suggested a hotel she’d heard about, but it didn’t compare to the wonderful ones Audrey had booked for us. She really does know her stuff! What stood out the most was Audrey’s support at every stage — before, during, and even after our holiday. From reassuring Sarah when she thought she’d lost her passport, to going above and beyond contacting different agencies when my GoPro “decided” to stay in France indefinitely (taking all our photos with it!), she was always just a message away. Despite the lost camera, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and felt completely looked after from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Audrey again and highly recommend her to anyone planning their next adventure.

We were recommended by a family member to Audrey to help us in booking a trip away for my daughters Hen Do. We had tried everything but couldn’t do it ourselves. From the beginning Audrey gave us advice and then took control. Audrey worked for days and days on end to find the requirements we wanted with travelling from different airports and a big number of travellers. Nothing was too much for Audrey and she done everything to find us the perfect holiday for our Hen Weekend. Audrey was friendly, went above and beyond, and showed profession in her career.
