Hello, and thank you for visiting my webpage. My name is Bev, and I live in Worcester Park, Surrey. I have 2 children aged 9 & 7.

I have worked in travel for 23 years, the majority of which I have specialised in corporate travel. I find building up relationships with clients with whom I speak on a weekly or even daily basis to be very rewarding, but that doesn’t stop me enjoying arranging leisure travel as well where possible. Whilst working for another company, I qualified several times for the annual global ball, which I’m pleased to say put me in the top 10% of the company for sales. I’m particularly proud of an individual award for Outstanding Customer Service, something I always strive to achieve.

I count myself lucky to have been able to travel extensively, the highlights of which are 3 years working in Japan and a 3-month sabbatical to South America.

What I love about Travel Counsellors is the opportunity to offer flexible business hours to my clients, and be on call when they need me. The extensive range of airfares and hotel contracts gives me full confidence that I can offer the client whatever they need. Listening to clients is so important, and although I may ask a lot of questions about the nature of their travel, this is only to ensure I provide options that are relevant - I’m not just a personal search engine, I will always go out of my way to be able to offer quotes on all elements of travel, whether that be private transfers, airport assistance, hotel requests or how to book a dog on board.

For the last 2 years I have won the Corporate Customer Feedback award, of which I am incredibly proud.
