Your holiday, your way - without the stress
Welcome
Planning your dream holiday should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Whether you are picturing a magical Disney adventure, a relaxing cruise, a sun‑soaked beach escape, a chic city break or a fully tailor‑made itinerary, I am here to take away the stress so everything feels simple, enjoyable and completely personal to you.
As both my daughter and I are coeliac, I also understand first‑hand how important it is to feel safe and confident about where and what you can eat while you are away, and I specialise in gluten free travel as a result.
About me
I am Carli, your personal Travel Counsellor, based in Gravesend, Kent, where I live with my husband and our two daughters.
My career in travel began by chance over 26 years ago and I have never looked back. I have worked as a Cruise Specialist, Disney Specialist and Branch Manager, helping clients plan everything from spontaneous short breaks to once‑in‑a‑lifetime journeys.
One of my proudest achievements was fulfilling my dream of working at Walt Disney World in Florida. I spent an unforgettable year in EPCOT, serving beer and traditional fish and chips at the British pub and soaking up the atmosphere that makes Disney so special. That behind‑the‑scenes experience is something I now love to share with my clients, from practical tips to those little touches that make a Disney holiday truly magical.
Living with coeliac disease in our family means I know exactly what it feels like to worry about cross‑contamination, hidden ingredients and limited choices when you travel. Over the years I have built up a real specialism in gluten free holidays: from navigating theme park dining and cruise menus to finding hotels and resorts that genuinely cater well for coeliac and gluten free guests.
After taking time out to be a stay‑at‑home mum, I was thrilled to return to travel once my children started school and could not wait to get back to creating holidays and memories for my clients.
My travel experience
I have been fortunate enough to explore some incredible destinations, including:
Australia
The Caribbean
Greece and Italy
Malaysia
My ultimate passion is Disney holidays and I am on a personal mission to visit all six Disney Resorts around the world (three down, three to go!). Combined with my cruise and long‑haul knowledge, this means I can offer honest, first‑hand advice that goes far beyond anything you will find in a brochure.
Why I chose to be a Travel Counsellor
I chose to become a Travel Counsellor because I truly believe that thoughtful, personal service makes all the difference.
Your holiday should feel seamless, special and completely tailored around you. I will take the time to understand what you really want from your time away, then look after every detail so you can simply relax and enjoy it.
When you book with me, you will have:
One dedicated point of contact from start to finish
Tailored recommendations that fit your wishes and budget
Support and guidance at every stage, including while you are away
My aim is simple: to remove the hassle and give you complete peace of mind, so all you have to do is look forward to going.
What I can help with
I can arrange a wide range of holidays, including:
Disney and theme park holidays
Ocean and river cruises
Family and multigenerational getaways
Tailor‑made long‑haul itineraries
City breaks and short European escapes
Honeymoons and destination weddings
Holidays carefully planned around coeliac, gluten free and other dietary requirements
Whether you have a clear idea in mind or are not sure where to start, I will listen carefully, get to know what matters most to you and then design a trip that feels truly yours.

Why Disney Cruise Line Just Works For Us ✨
Planning a family holiday isn’t always straightforward — especially when you’re navigating autism and coeliac disease. After six Disney cruises as a family, I can honestly say this is one of the few holidays where all of us truly relax. So I wanted to share what it’s really like, and why we keep going back.

A Family City Break in Copenhagen: Culture, Fun & Gluten-Free Treats
Looking for a family-friendly city break that’s easy, affordable, and packed with charm? Copenhagen might just be the perfect choice. We recently took a midweek trip to the Danish capital, and it turned out to be one of the best short breaks we’ve ever had. Getting There and Around Flying midweek not only saved us money but also meant fewer crowds – a definite win when travelling with kids. From

Our California Adventure... Take Two
This year we decided to recreate a trip my husband and I took back in 2012 but this time with our children. After a very comfortable flight with United Airlines, we arrived into LAX. We hadn’t booked a transfer, instead opting for an Uber. To catch a ride share you first have to jump on a transfer bus to a designated pick-up point, once there you can order your ride share. Lyft usually works out

Disneyland Paris
THE JOURNEY Since the removal of the direct train into Disneyland Paris Eurostar has two choices, travel via Lille or get the train into Paris and travel from there. We’ve travelled via Lille before so decided to book to Gare du Nord and get a private transfer. This saved us about £400! The train journey was great. Comfortable seats and plenty of room for luggage. Sadly the only gluten free offer

Walt Disney World Resort Hotel vs Lake Buena Vista Hotel
I recently returned from Orlando where I spent 10 nights in Lake Buena Vista and 4 nights at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. We chose to do this as Disney has taken away a lot of the benefits for staying onsite, so despite having stayed in Disney hotels in the past, we thought we’d save money by doing a twin centre holiday. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista, in a room

Disney Cruise to Nowhere
The moment I heard Disney Cruises would be sailing from Tilbury I KNEW I had to book one! As a HUGE Disney fan, there was no way I could see the ship docked across the river from where I live, and not sail onboard. We treated ourselves to a stateroom with a veranda, which was a mistake, because now I cant imagine staying in any other type of cabin. The great thing with Disney cruises though, is t

Staycation
With all the confusion over testing and green & amber countries, we decided to do a mini staycation in Deal on the Kent coast. My two girls, aged 5 and 8, absolutely loved it. We often think we need kids clubs and lots of entertainment for children, but they were so happy to paddle, throw stones in the sea and go to the arcade. The only thing my daughter wanted was to put her toes in the sea, and

Our Californian Adventure
Do you ever scroll through Facebook and find photos from that trip, you know, the one you REALLY loved? This happened to me the other day when I came across our photos from our trip to California. Way back in 2012, before we had the kids, we decided we wanted to visit Disneyland, the original park that Walt built. As non drivers we figured a twin centre between Anaheim and Los Angeles was the be

Staycation Cruises
Back in March the government announced that domestic cruising could return in May. Cruise lines can now sail around the British Isles with an exciting range of staycation cruise itineraries. So what exactly is a staycation cruise? A staycation cruise is simply a no-fly voyage that sails closer to home, just like a staycation in a UK town or city. Why are they so popular? With the ever changing tr
