Born and raised in Cornwall, I grew up immersed in tourism and was fortunate to enjoy many holidays as a child. These experiences sparked my passion for travel and my drive to explore new places and cultures.
After obtaining a Distinction in Travel and Tourism, I secured a Holiday Representative position with TUI in Lanzarote. After a season, I returned to Cornwall and worked in Events Operation and Wedding Coordination at a local hotel before heading back overseas as a Concierge for Sovereign Holidays. I provided a 5*, 24/7 Concierge Service in Tenerife and then continued to do a further season in Cyprus. Following my time with Sovereign, I was offered a Guest Services/Duty Manager position at The Annabelle Hotel, Paphos, where I spent a further two years before sailing the Eastern Caribbean as a Social & Welfare Host for Marella Cruises.
Now, as a Travel Counsellor, I combine all my previous experiences to provide a high-quality service I am extremely proud to offer you. I take pride in building a rapport with my customers to tailor-make holidays that fulfil all individual requirements, creating memories of a lifetime.
Through my experience, I am aware that obstacles can arise during travel. I have personally dealt with a spectrum of scenarios, from a simple flight delay to COVID-19 on a cruise ship. You can trust my calm and collected manner and have confidence that I will be there for you every step of the way.
In recent years, I have travelled extensively with my business throughout Bali, the Nusa Islands, Gili Island, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. This first-hand experience allows me to enhance my clients' travel experiences while fuelling my own passion for exploration and adding that personal touch to every client interaction.
Some of my all-time favourite destinations are New York, Curacao, Singapore, Nusa Lembongan, and some of the lesser-known islands in the south of Thailand.

Carol has once again blown us away with our tailor made holiday to Thailand , everything is perfect, as always , she is just amazing very understanding as I’m not the easiest of customers with my taste in food and experiences. I reached out to Carol with the intention to book a last minute trip for my birthday and she went above & beyond from the start to cater to what I wanted!
We went back and forth between a few places until finding the perfect location for me to work & train still but also enjoy myself and relax. During this process, Carol did all of the research for me and gave me several options to think about which made it so easy to find somewhere!
She even surprised me with gifts/cards for me on my trip which was so sweet.
Cadge provides an excellent customer service, ensuring that I was all set to fly/check in etc and was always on hand for any outstanding questions.

Carol has previously helped me to book some work trips abroad, so when I wanted to book a special 25th wedding anniversary getaway, I knew she was just the person. Having looked online myself, the choice was just too overwhelming. We discussed location, budget, likes/dislikes and Carol came up with a shortlist. We had everything sorted within a day! We have just returned from an amazing week in St Lucia and can’t thank Carol enough for organising everything for us. I have a ‘significant’ birthday coming up so will no doubt be asking Carol to work her magic again soon.

Carol was amazing from start to finish with planning our holiday to Crete last month. She really took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted and sent through some amazing options for us to choose from. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she also arranged all of our transfers to the hotel which made the whole experience so smooth and easy for us. Carol checked in on us when we arrived and made sure we knew where we needed to be to get our transfer when we were leaving. We will definitely be contacting Carol again for our next trip, I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.

Firstly, thank you, Carol, for organising our luxury holiday that we never really realise we needed as much as we did lol
Carol has been truly amazing,
From the beginning, where she organised a telephone consultation, and listened attentively, to the kind of requirements we were looking for, for our Winter sun getaway.
Carol shortlisted some amazing packages but we finally decided some adult only luxury in Cyprus was the way to go.
Everything and I mean, everything was organised, and executed perfectly down to, seats selected on the plane, Airport car park, private transfers and online check-in by Carol herself. Carol did such a seamless job of organising everything for us that I was actually worried that we had forgotten to do something… we hadn’t, Carol just had already done it for us.
It was the perfect winter sun get away. The hotel and staff were all truly amazing and we even received a complimentary room upgrade along with a free complimentary spa treatment, and a bottle of red wine. The same goes for Carol. I contacted her a few times about different things and nothing has ever been to much trouble.
It has been the easiest holiday by far to navigate, and that is down to carols, expect the executed organisation and knowledge.
I will be recommending Carol services to everyone I know.

Carol from Travel Counsellors made our trip easy from start to finish. Carol gave us a great choice of hotels in Montenegro, with us choosing a great hotel overlooking Kotor Bay. Carol arranged the flights and car hire for us, allowing us more time to research the area and make plans for our week stay. We felt relaxed knowing that there was someone there before and during our trip if we needed any advice. First of all, Carol, thank you for helping us plan an incredible and unforgettable honeymoon to Bali which included some island hopping and a trip to Singapore.
Prior to our trip, Carol kindly put a detailed info pack together listing a great number of locations and activities to choose from, we then shared where we wanted to visit and an itinerary was sent to us. It was just what we were looking for.
Lots of documents, including boarding passes were also sent to us; everything planned by Carol was absolutely seamless.
We travelled around a fair bit to different locations and without fail, every transfer was on time, tickets were waiting for us for boat rides and there was no stress whatsoever thanks to Carols brilliant organising.
While away, we had the odd query with regards to recommendations in local areas and despite the time difference, (and length of my voice notes…) we had swift responses. Any question asked was answered.
Staff at each hotel knew of our honeymoon thanks to Carol letting them know and we even had each room at each location decorated for us. It was things like this that really made our holiday extra special and Carol really went above and beyond to enable us to have the most memorable time.
We strongly recommend booking a holiday or trip with Carol! We will definitely be asking for her services again in the near future.

Carol planned our long awaited honeymoon which was a dream come true!
From the moment we decided to enquire, right the way through until we landed back home, the service she provided was second to none.
The bespoke hotel choices, information and guidance was outstanding and we genuinely don’t honestly think we can book a holiday again without using her.
The hotel she chose for us was what just what we needed. Pure relaxation, a foodies heaven, phenomenal views and not forgetting the hotel itself which was luxurious.

The flights, accommodation and area was just fantastic! I had a 10year old flying down the water slides while an 18year old sips cocktails! Perfect! From our very first initial enquiry Carol has been absolutely amazing - nothing was too much trouble, she responded quickly to all our questions and queries. She was very informative and if she needed more information she would always get back to us quickly.
She gave us 3 itineraries to look over after we let her know what we would like to do for our Greek Island hopping holiday. She was fine when we wanted to tweak and mix & match the itineraries and eventually we decided on the perfect choice for us.
From that point on everything was so easy and she arranged absolutely everything and kept us well informed. She kept in touch with us once deposits had been paid and also was available to answer anything that we needed to know.
I cannot tell you how wonderful and stress free the whole process has been.
We’ve just returned from our truly magical Greek holiday - everything ran so smoothly from the airport check in, agents welcoming us in Mykonos, private and very comfortable transfers to each hotel, regular updates on collection times, ferry times, tickets etc
The hotels on each island were fantastic and we truly couldn’t have asked for more.
I would thoroughly recommend Carol to arrange trips/holidays for us in the future with no hesitation and have already been singing her praises to family & friends.

I have always been very worried to use independent travel agents however after being recommended Carol by a friend I booked our first holiday with her in August to Lanzarote. Carols services were invaluable on our recent holiday to Disneyland Paris. When I first enquired with Carol I told her everything I wanted and within the same day we had found the perfect package and the holiday was booked. My company came to Carol because we had a really complicated set of conferences to organise as sponsors exhibiting in Germany and Dubai. Carol was simply amazing with arranging all of our transportation needs, from flights, transfers and hotels. Her communication was excellent. She was always available on WhatsApp and email. All of the travel paperwork was perfectly organised and sent to us for convenience. The company app that Carol recommends was an exceptional tool with all the documents and references available in one place on your smartphone.
I couldn't recommend Carol more. We will certainly be using her services again for our next business trip.

Booking a holiday through Carol was stress free. Carol listened to all of our requests and gave us a variety of options, she was very patient whilst we worked through what was best for us.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Carol. From the very first conversation she put our mind at ease regarding post-covid travel.
Carol constantly updated us with any new travel regulations and any other information we needed to know.
As we booked a brand new resort that at the time of booking wasn’t even open, Carol was very reassuring and attentive to answering any of our questions.
Carol went above and beyond to ensure we had the room we requested as well as organising little personal extras for our anniversary which felt very special!
We felt the service was very personal and it was always reassuring to know that Carol was only an email or message away if we had any questions.

I don’t often leave many reviews but I just had to! Where do I start to explain how amazing Carol is at planning?! My partner and I decided we wanted to go to Dubai on our honeymoon with not too much time left. After hearing wonderful things about Carol I sent her a message and from then I didn’t lift a finger! She gave us SO much helpful information, sorted all of our documents that we would need for smooth travelling, checked us in, spoke to our hotel regarding preferences, picked us the most unreal hotel and many more nice little touches. I’m not just saying it but it was the easiest holiday I’ve ever been on and I will 100% be booking my next trip with her! Thankyou
P.s she also sorted lovely transfers which on every other holiday I’ve ever been on have either not turned up, or taken hours!
