I found Caroline really helpful in organising a holiday for adults with learning disabilities. I would definitely recommend Caroline to other organisations who require help with bookings.

This year is the second time I have booked with Caroline and I can't recommend her services enough. Nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile to ensure me and my family would have exactly what we wanted. Again, a huge thank you!

Caroline went over and above to ensure my first booking went smoothly. It was wonderfully reassuring and made me really excited for my trip . The hotel then exceeded all my expectations being an inspired choice and perfect for me and my niece. . I would 100% recommend Caroline !

Croatia is a small country of just over 4 million inhabitants and although a short flight away, it is incredibly different and exotic. We arrived in Dubrovnik. The city is composed of two parts: the old and the new. We decided to stay in the Old Town and in my opinion, it was a good choice. There is no car allowed and it was relaxing to wander around all the walking streets. Plus, it can get quite busy so it’s very pleasant to go out in the morning before all the buzz. Dubrovnik Old Town is dated from 16th century and is...

Two years ago, I was lucky enough to be invited to a wedding in Samoa. It’s a very long way to go for a wedding, so I stopped in Malaysia and Singapore on the way out and in Japan on the way back. I have been to New Zealand several times before, but it was my first time in Samoa. All the colours are so vibrant there, intense jade jungle, crystal clear waters, blue sky. It is still preserve of big resorts and flashy attractions. Our stay was fabulous. One of the most stunning thing I have ever seen is...

When I tell people I went to Nicaragua, I often get a surprise look. But Nicaragua is the safest country in Central America (and the second lowest crime rate in Latin America). You really feel safe, in the big cities or the countryside and we never encountered any trouble at all. Managua, the capital city has crazy traffic and catching a taxi can be challenging but people are nice, and you can easily walk in the city centre. After two days in Managua, I took the smallest plane I ever been in (42 seats) to go to Corn Island. Big Corn...

Last April, I spent three weeks in California and I loved it. We drove along the beautiful Highway 1 and enjoyed everything California has to offer. From metropolis to little villages, national parks to vineyards and deserts, there is something for each of us in California. Here are our main stops but there is plenty more. If you are interested do not hesitate to contact me, I might be able to help you discover this amazing part of the USA. First stop: Follow me to San Francisco. Located in Northern California, San Francisco is known for its foggy climate. When you are...

Next stops on the California roads Yosemite National Park Heading east from San Francisco, Yosemite is a 3.5-hour drive. The National Park is located in the Sierra Nevada mountains and is about 3,000 square kilometres. We stayed in a tent at the Half Dome Village. By tent, I mean, there is hardwood floor and proper beds. You must put all food, drinks, toiletries and all scented items in a bear proof box, outside the room. A giant brown bear wouldn’t be a nice encounter. We spend so much time in cities nowadays, it was a magical experience to wake up in the...

It was love at first sight between me and Joshua Tree Park. I can’t describe the feeling when you arrive in the park. Seeing these awkward looking trees and rugged rock formations is surreal, I almost wondered if I was still on planet earth. I must say we woke up extra early to enjoy the sunrise in the park so it probably didn’t help! I really loved it. We stayed in Palm Desert, 45 minutes away from the park. The JW Marriott Hotel & Resort offers a well-deserved oasis of wellbeing in the middle of the desert. With spacious rooms and...

Since reading the Mark Twain novel “The adventures of Tom Sawyer” as a kid, I have dreamt of seeing the Mississippi River. So, when I saw that British Airways launched a direct flight from London Heathrow to New Orleans this year, I knew I had to book myself and make it a reality. New Orleans is so different from anywhere else in the US. There is a quote from Tennessee Williams saying: “America has only three cities: New York, San Francisco and New Orleans. Everywhere is Cleveland.” We thought it was very funny. We stayed in the French Quarter, very colourful...
