I’m Caroline Kohn, your personal travel consultant and I specialise in planning and booking luxury tailormade holidays all over the world. The secret of my success is that I care about every holiday as if it were my own.
I live in Croydon with my family and have been running a travel business for a few years now. I particularly love putting together bespoke itineraries that are individual to you and am excited to be part of an award-winning global company which offers that flexibility, not to mention that all holidays are 100% financially protected, giving peace of mind. I’ve loved to travel from a young age, from my first solo adventure, interrailing to Greece, aged 19 to working at the Sydney Opera House and also living in Vienna and Paris. I’ve visited five of the seven continents, with just South America and Antarctica still to go.
So what makes me different? I spend time to really get to know you and your likes and dislikes, what you’ve enjoyed in the past, how you want your holiday to make you feel, and use that personal knowledge to find you the perfect holiday for you. I offer a really personal service and am available at a time to suit you 24/7, when you are booking your holiday, before you travel and while you are away. And when you get back, I am always happy to look at your holiday snaps!
I can check you in for your flights and organise those little extras to make your holiday really special. Having survived the covid pandemic and all the changes, cancellations and rebooks, I feel qualified to say that I can pretty much handle anything that travel has to throw at me and emerge smiling.

Imagine a place where you can sip delicious cocktails and gaze out over the most idyllic view, while your lunch is brought over to you at your sunbed on the beach and you are treated like royalty from start to finish. This is the reality at the Ikos Dassia. But what makes it really stand out from the crowd?
1. Infinite Lifestyle Concept? What does that mean? Well, everything – yes everything - is included. Of course there’s the usual all-inclusive buffet – 2 in fact - but you can also eat at 7 a la carte restaurants for no extra cost. Then there are the 3 restaurants outside the hotel to try – one on an island with an exciting boat trip to get there and glorious views over Corfu Town.
2. Did I mention everything is included? If all those food options aren’t enough, you can enjoy 24 hour room service. So breakfast on your balcony while you admire the view, or a late night burger when you’re back from an evening working your way through the cocktail menu are no problem, and you can wash it down with the free minibar.
3. At the Ikos you’re not trapped in a hotel miles from anywhere. In fact you’re encouraged to go out and explore. How do you like the sound of a free Tesla to go out and visit Corfu? There’s also a regular hotel bus to take you to Corfu Town, if you can drag yourself away from the 4 pools or the 650m long beach.
4. The service is impeccable and nothing, repeat nothing, is too much trouble. Would you like your sunglasses cleaned while you’re lying on the most comfortable sunlounger known to man? Or how about a private wine tasting of a selection of the 300 different wines on offer.
5. I could go on about the achingly cool interiors, the amazing spa treatments, the kids clubs, the included watersports, the ice creams – oh and did I mention the incredible views? But wouldn’t you rather just come and see it for yourself?
