Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I live in Ashtead, Surrey with my husband, our two children (aged six and two), and our cockapoo, Nala.

I’ve spent the past 20 years working in the travel industry, beginning my career in the ski sector in Courchevel with a family-focused ski company. After university, I joined a luxury travel operator in London, where I specialised in creating tailor-made ski holidays in chalets and hotels across Europe. I later helped launch their North American ski programme, which sparked my love for everything the region has to offer - from the beaches of Vancouver Island to the theme parks of Orlando. Designing bespoke holidays is what I’m most passionate about, and I always prefer to speak with my clients before quoting so I can fully understand what they want from their trip, ideally face-to-face or otherwise over the phone.

As an independent travel agent, I have the freedom to find the perfect holiday for you, wherever in the world you’d like to go. I specialise in crafting personalised itineraries and have been fortunate enough to travel to incredible destinations including Canada, the Rockies, Vietnam, Australia, South Africa, Mauritius, Mexico, Hong Kong and Las Vegas, to name just a few. I’m also an avid skier and have visited a wide range of resorts across Europe and North America, and over the last 20 years I know all of the tips for travelling with families. Whether it’s a short European city break or an epic California road trip, I’m committed to providing exceptional service every step of the way.
