Hello my name is Christine Stearman and I am a personal Travel Counsellor based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
I started my career in travel many years ago in Fenwick Travel Bureau where I worked for 17 years. I then opened and managed the first ever travel agent in Metrocentre for a further 11 years. For the last decade, I have been with two independent agents in Jesmond and Gosforth, where I also specialised in group travel.
Having seen many changes in travel, I still believe that giving a high level of professional service is extremely important. Whether booking a single flight or a complicated tailor made itinerary, I strive always to pay the closest attention to my client's plans.
I have travelled extensively throughout the world and feel that first hand knowledge is a great asset when organising any trip. One can never underestimate the value of choosing the right hotel in the right location and having visited and stayed in many hotels, I can offer the guidance you need.
I hold a great affection for many places but my favourite country has to be Italy. My family and I travel to Italy every year, whether it be a city break or a holiday in the sun, we never miss! My other favourite destination is USA. I have visited many States but especially enjoy California and Arizona. I also enjoy my skiing holidays and have skied throughout Europe and also New England. I have even skied in Dubai!

I recently visited my sister in Boston and my daughter in Chicago. I asked Christine to sort out my flights, US entry documentation, and insurance. I gave Christine my dates,locations etc.Within two days she came back to me with a package that perfectly suited my needs.The flight times were ideal, no early mornings or late nights,and the insurance covered all contingencies at a good price. My documentation was clear and I encountered no problems on my travels.I unreservedly recommend Christines expertise. I shall be using her talents again.

Christine has been arranging my holidays for the past 4 years, from tailor made trips to Peru, cruises or beach resorts I have never been disappointed. She has great attention to detail is very professional but above all is friendly. She now instinctively knows what I expect from a holiday and nothing is too much bother to her. We have been really pleased with the holidays Christine has organised for us. She was an enormous help in planning our trips to the States on two occasions when she gave us lots of advice and booked all flights and suitable accommodation.

I have dealt with Christine for several years. I just give her details of my holiday plans and she looks after the detail admirably and always checks that everything is to my liking. Nothing appears to be too much trouble to her. This year Christine arranged a safari to Kenya for four of my granchildren and I. The children enjoyed the trip so much they have asked for another venue next year. Well done Christine, I can recommend your professional travel arrangements to anybody.

My husband and I have booked our holidays through Christine for the last fifteen years and we have always been very satisfied with the level of service we have received.Christine,s attention to detail and her knowledge of her clients prefrences is amazing.We have had some very unusual holiday s as we do not usually like organised tours and this is where Christine excels. I have no hesitation in recommending her services to any one who requires a trouble free holiday particularly if you want to go off the beaten track.

Christine has been arranging my buisness travel and our family holidays for many years. We have been extremly pleased with all the advice she has given us and have never been disappointed with her choice of accommodation for our holiday. In spite of availability of various on-line opportunities, we prefer Christine to book our travel and holidays as that gives additional security if anything goes wrong. When our fights have been unexpectedly cancelled or delayed, she has gone to extreme effort to make alternative arrangements so we can continue our holiday. All of this service is delivered with a personal touch and a smile. We cannot imagine going on a holiday without Christine's involvement.

Christine has been an absolute joy. She has always been able to find just the right holiday for us no matter how difficult our requirements. She is cheerful and approachable with a seemingly inexhaustable knowledge about the places we want to visit. Even if we dont know where we want to go she manages to provide a range of perfect choices. Having used her services for several years I would not dream of allowing anyone else to arrange our holidays.

I would just like to say what a fantastic job that Christine Stearman from North East did in organising a holiday of a lifetime for myself, sister and brother. Nothing was too much trouble considering we changed the itinery several times. From first discussing our plans to having our dream realised. The flights, transfers, hotels, trips, I could go on indefinately. We have all said nobody could have done a better job. We are telling as many people as possible of Christine's proffessional and friendliness. we travelled from Manchester to Rio, to Iguassi Falls to Buenes Aires, to El Calafate, back to Buenes Aires and back to Manchester.
