As a wheelchair user any travel including air travel can be very stressful with lots of things that could go wrong, so lots of research is key. Claire took care of absolutely everything from organising the Holiday to looking at specific hotels and making sure there was accesible access in the rooms. We didnt have to worry about a thing. Everything was ready to go and Claire even organised some extra activities for our trip too. Claire dealt with airlines direct to make sure everything was smooth running and they understood my needs and honestly it took a massive weight off my shoulders. Thank you Claire.

We had the pleasure of working with Claire for our recent holiday to Peru and we couldn’t be more satisfied and happier with the service she provided. From the very beginning of the planning process to the moment we returned home, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Claire exhibited a knowledge of the destination and understanding of our requirements, she took time to listen to our goals, and as a result, she arranged an itinerary in conjunction with the tour operator that perfectly match our interests. Claire was responsive and always available throughout the booking process and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. During out trip we couldn’t check into our return flights and was concerned about being separated on such a long flight home, however Claire took care of this and not only checked us in on the flight, but she also emailed us our boarding passes and managed to secure us an upgrade which was way over and above our expectations. Thanks Claire for making our bucket list trip a truly memorable experience.

I cannot recommend Claire enough. My Husband and I have juts returned from a fantastic city break to Florence & Rome. From start to finish Claire listened to what we wanted, she arrenged our flights, hotels, train tickets, taxi transfers and the city experiences too. Its not just organising the trip itself - its the little extra things she does, like printing everything for us and popping it all in a lovely wallet and also checking us in for our flights too. Making everything so seemless - all we had to do was pack and go. Our return flight was unfortunately cancelled and even though Claire was away herself - she arranged for a colleague to look after us. It was such a comfort to know that we were looked after and there was always someone at the end of the phone to guide us through. Such a great service, please check her out for your holidays, Claire will really look after you.

We have used Claire before to organise a trip out to Miami for a stay with a cruise to follow, the trip was amazing and so well organized, I felt all we had to do was turn up, so when we decided to go out to Dubai for a stay and Cruise, Claire was the 1st Peron we turned to. We had the flight booked and left the rest to Claire. We had a 2 night stay at the JA Resort (a must hotel to stay) very luxurious with more restaurant's and bars than you could visit (even on a weeks holiday there) Claire arranged all the transfers to an from the airport and also hotel to the port and back.
