ABOUT ME
I joined Travel Counsellors to be able to provide independent, honest advise and to provide the highest level of customer service. As I am able to work from home, I have the flexibility to work when my clients need me, even if this is outside of conventional office hours.

I have been in the Travel industry for 15 years and due to the fact that I have been lucky enough to have travelled extensively, I have first-hand experience of many destinations and can advise on any type of travel, be it a white winter skiing in the alpes or Lapland for all the family, a Shopping trip to New York or maybe Route 66 with a hot air balloon flight over the arizonaial dessert, Which I have to say is another of my favourite trips, a special once in a lifetime trip to Disneyworld, a honeymoon to Mauritius, or tailor made round-the-world itineraries. - I do it all!

My specialist areas are bespoke holidays, honeymoons, weddings abroad, Cruises and city breaks, but as I’ve been in the travel industry for many years then I can help with any travel enquiry that you may have, even if it’s somewhat unconventional like Kathmandu, Which I have had in the past and my clients had a fantastic trip.

Well what can I say? 48 hours in Madrid. It was unbelievable. I will definitely return as you need at least four full days to fully appreciate how much this city has to offer. If you love tapas, Spanish culture and art you will love Madrid. We arrived at our hotel, located in the heart of the Las Letras district, around 9.30pm. Clare went above and beyond our expectations when we needed an urgent return from Marrakech after an accident late on Saturday. She picked up our email and got us onto a flight at lunchtime the following day including wheelchair help at all three airports. She kept in touch throughout our journey home. We felt well supported.

I would give 11 if I could Clare is a great Travel Counsellor. I have used her for a number of years now and wouldn't use anyone else She goes above and beyond to help you find destination price and dates, I know this is her job but she does it without even being asked. I have had some great holidays with her and will continue to book through clare I think at the min I have another 4 already booked with her and she is already looking for me November 2017 for New York which I have already been twice with this company and counsellor. You really made Paul's 50th so special - from Champagne and chocs on flight, to flowers and rose petals in room. It was a beautiful room with the best location and view. Thank you so much for booking the Japanese a la carte show table on his birthday. He was so surprised when they blindfolded him and brought out a birthday cake with candles in! We recently got back from our Honeymoon on a Kruger Park safari followed by a weeks all inclusive in Mauritius that was arranged by Clare. She arranged everything for us and made what was an amazing holiday even better by arranging room upgrades and complimentary fizz for us. I would definitely use her again as she can do what you don't believe is possible!

We used Clare Owens in Dec 2013 to look at a holiday for Christmas period. Clare was extremely helpful and patient, advising us of the hotels on offer.
