We were very impressed with Daniel Jones from Travel Counsellors who helped us create our 4 week Thailand adventure. The flights, hotels and trips he choose for us were on the whole first class. As with anything there can always be the odd hiccup but he provided truly great service and it impressed us immensely that Daniel was on hand in the UK to sort things out for us speedily. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were having a fabulous time. We were very thankful for his assistance. Daniel arranged all flights, transfers and hotel for our recent family trip to New York. Everything went to plan! Hotel facilities, staff and location was excellent. He found a fantastic hotel that would have suited my family everything was exactly what we wanted. He met me and gave me a lovely folder with everything in it and explained what to do. To know he was on the end of a phone at any time was brilliant and really very reassuring. Then came the Corona-virus. Dan kept in touch with us the whole time. We were due to fly on March 31. I was so worried about everything and Dan was very reassuring. As soon as he had word the flight and holiday was cancelled he notified me straight away. Not by text or email he phoned and spoke every time. I have had all the money for our holiday and flights refunded and had complete peace of mind that Dan was over seeing it all.
