David has dealt with last minute changes and very random travel requests with complete professionalism and has taken all of the pain away from complex travel bookings.

Really personal service - very patient with our questions and changing needs!

Getting 41 people to Italy from two brass bands for a band tour over the period of an August bank holiday was never going to be easy. This meant trying to get flights and a hotel that could accommodate everyone on a town located 90 mins drive from Milan. David Dunn, travel counselor, managed to get us on two flights immediately following each other from LHR. He also arranged transfers and a combination of rooms in one hotel which met all of our needs. He also helped adjust arrangements as these subsequently changed slightly for one or two individuals. David provided an excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and his calm and capable demeanor helped take much of the stress away from me. A job well done. Thank you.
