Hi,
Thanks for visiting my webpage, here's a little info on me!
I have had the travel bug ever since I left school and decided to take a job in the travel industry - I’ve now had over 39 years experience of working within both retail and corporate travel.
I love to travel and have been very fortunate to visit many countries including the USA, Canada, Nepal, India, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Columbia, Venezuela, the Caribbean, UAE, Gambia, Morocco, Egypt, Israel, lots of Greek Islands & the Canary Islands. Our most visited place is the tiny Greek Island of 'Paxos' which lies just off Corfu, one of the Ionion Islands. It is a traditional Greek island but with a touch of class. Lots of sailing boats stop by, amazing restaurants, stunning turquoise seas and no tacky shops! We have to have a 'Paxos fix' every year!!
My customers are quite diverse, from international private businesses requiring first and business class flights, to smaller businesses needing European flights, hotels and rail tickets.
My leisure customers come to me for inspiration and personal recommendations. Many of my leisure clients have been booking with me for years.
Travel Counsellors has many direct contracts with properties which means there is 'no middle man', we deal direct so we know what's going on and often have preferential rates.
I am very flexible with my working hours, I don't keep a 9-5 schedule!
I am proud to say, I look after my customers from the minute they book until they return, checking in on them to see if they are ok, checking them in for flights, messaging hotels to ensure they have their favourite room, pillows.....
