"Brilliant"...... Was just going to leave this one word to sum up our holiday, to the Best Hotel, Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife, which Elaine recommended and organised for my wife Chris and myself. Having used Elaine's expertise a couple of years ago it was no surprise that this holiday was tailored by her to our requirements....resort.....location of Hotel....transfers etc. Very reassuring that any questions we had was just a phone call away. Brilliant......

She sorted out all the hotels and flights and when we had problems with the some of the accommodation a couple of days before my wedding she sorted it all out!! Elaine provides a highly personalised service. Nothing is too much trouble and you always feel that she is giving you her undivided attention. She came up with some great suggestions when we couldn't decide ourselves on the type of holiday we wanted. We holiday about 3 times a year and previouly used many different types of travel provider, internet, high street, but none compare to Elaine.
