Emma found the perfect holiday for us that matched our needs and requirements. She found a flight on a Saturday as requested, she gave several options and suggested we book quickly as it was a last minute holiday. We adore Kefalonia, so this is the one we picked. She swiftly answered my questions regarding the car hire and added requests that we know are never guaranteed, but were fulfilled. When I called her to book, she was just finishing work for the day, but she didn't want us to be disappointed, so confirmed the holiday straight away. Everything went very smoothly and we had a fabulous holiday. We will be booking once again with Emma and will look at using Sunvil again to another destination in the future.

We booked our holiday to the Rockies and Alaska Cruise through Emma about a year ago and I must say that she was so helpful. She called Saga on our behalf to answer questions and chased them for visas, reviewed documents, completed API information, gave us advice on excursions in case there was anything we wanted to pre-book and also gave recommendations about purchasing a drinks package on board before travel to save money. We didn't have to pay the extra service charge by doing this. Emma also kept in contact with us before departure to make sure we had our travel documents and were happy with the transfer arrangements. Thanks so much Emma, it made the holiday much more enjoyable not having to worry about all the intricate details before and on return.

My holiday in South America was excellent and I was so happy with my itinerary, all my guides, the admin and so on. Emma was able to give me great local advice, from her own experience, which was definitely a factor that influenced my decision to go ahead with a booking. Although we didn't meet in person, I felt she took time to get to know me and to understand what I might enjoy. She tailor-made the itinerary to my particular interests, resulting in a trip that felt very personal and special. I would recommend her services. I found that as well as being efficient, the guides were all very nice people; they spoke great English, they were flexible and open to my requests and they were able to give me so much insight into what I saw. Far more than I had imagined they would, in fact, and this made all the difference to my holiday. This was my first experience of personalised travel arrangements and it worked extremely well for me. Thank you Emma!

Emma planned my Chilean trip from scratch. Right from the word go she was extremely responsive and came up with ideas for the trip. Naturally I had questions during the planning and she very quickly replied to me, keeping me informed throughout. Occasionally she had to take advice from her colleagues in-country but this was a quick process and replies were gained very efficiently. I know that she had a surprise when the airline changed a number of internal flights which gave her extra work. She did all of this extra work in the background and informed me when it was all sorted out. Very impressive. I was completely happy with Emma's service and would not hesitate to use her next time I plan a trip. I have already recommended her service to my sister who I know was also delighted.

Emma makes the whole experience so much easier, she keeps in touch, takes all the details needed and even reminds you when you need to get a new passport which comes in very handy!!! Emma even printed off all my tickets and made sure I had good connections, transfers and car parking booked. Emma effortlessly handled the final stages of our honeymoon. She was incredibly knowledgable on the status of our booking that had been made via Ashleigh, and Emma gave further, very thorough, information on exact timings, excursions, gift registry’s and much more. Nothing was too much trouble - she worked across so many un-godly hours to ensure we were getting the best deal but also the best possible honeymoon experience. I loved her manner via email and phone - I genuinely felt like we could have been friends, maybe in another life! She was courteous, helpful, encouraging, no pressured sales pitch. It was professional yet friendly. All excursions and the final hotel package was superb, and pre-booking these was the best decision we made. All the stress was removed as we’d been given details of when, where, drivers, meals, etc. For a honeymoon in which you wish to relax and enjoy the island, this was perfect. I loved the follow-up call once we’d returned to see how it was, and to inform us of the status of our gift registry. On this, Emma was efficient with the gift donations and careful not to reveal details like payment card info. She, and her company, are a company I’d thoroughly recommend. They work to your budget whilst trying to make your trips very memorable and enjoyable. From the bottom of these newlywed’s hearts, thank you. And to Ashleigh Reading in the first instance for booking the hotel and flights. Our honeymoon was the best trip we’ve ever been on. I sincerely hope my words do you justice!

Booking the holiday through Emma was so easy, she found us just what we were looking for, booked it and even made calls when there was an issue with my payment. She made sure everything was arranged for transfers and luggage and it has been such a smooth process. We arrived in Lanzarote yesterday and the accommodation is great, we couldn't have asked for a better location, just what we wanted. Emma has been amazing, so much more helpful than going into a travel agents as it's a much more personal service and so much easier than booking yourself online. Mexico typically offers a great beach destination for us Brits to escape to in the winter. The weather is near perfect from December to April with temperatures in the high 20’s and just a few rain showers. There’s plenty of choice of five-star, all-inclusive accommodation. However, the temptation can be to literally fly and flop for the duration of your holiday. Yet there’s more to Mexico than the beaches, so make sure you get out and explore local towns, stunning scenery and impressive ruins. We have previously holidayed in Puerto Vallarta. Iguazú Falls Visiting Iguazu Falls is an immersion in nature through walking trails in the woods and the proximity of the immensity of the Iguazu waterfalls in the Iguazu River. The Brazilian side of the falls offers more panoramic views than Argentina and allows you to get closer (don’t forget your rain mac and a waterproof case for your phone). Buenos Aires Buenos Aires is a glitzy art hub where bohemians congregate on cobbled plazas and decorative French palaces straddle leafy parks. It’s an arty city splattered with colourful murals, and a sensual, cultural melting pot that has tango as its raison d’etre. There are 48 districts - some are perfectly polished, and others are rough around the edges. The city has a Latin meets European vibe. Sydney In my opinion Sydney is the best city on the planet! I’m a little biased having worked and lived there for 9 months after university, but the place still had the same appeal when I returned on a business trip many years later. Sydney not only combines icons such as the opera house and harbour bridge (you can climb it if you’re brave enough!), but it’s a bustling city with everything on offer as well as harbours and beaches. I’ve been to New York a couple of times, always in winter, there’s such a buzz just before Christmas and the city looks beautiful with the festive decorations. It’s definitely my favourite US city! I would suggest staying in Midtown so you’re near to the main sights and transport links. The city is easy to navigate and the subway system reasonably priced and efficient. Part of wellbeing at work is ensuring you use your holiday entitlement to get away from the office, relax and switch off. Less than an hour’s flight and you’re in Paris! The centre is easily accessible from Charles de Gaulle Airport via the RER B train which takes just 25 mins and costs €10.20. My top tip which isn’t advertised is that the fare includes a metro journey to your final destination. The metro has several lines and is easy to use. Fares normally cost €1.90 which is based on the time travelled rather than the distance. The transport system is really easy to use but be sure to hold on to your valuables as pick pocketers are rife between Gare du...

I love Croatia! It’s an ideal destination for a long weekend, single centre or multi-centre holiday. I have been to both Dubrovnik and Split recently and think they make a great combination. Dubrovnik We spent the mornings sightseeing, with a couple of hours by our hotel pool in the afternoon before going out again in the evening. A friend was having a 50th birthday gathering in the Scottish Highlands. It’s not somewhere my partner and I had ventured before. The weekend happened to coincide with our anniversary, so this was something a bit different compared to our normal night away celebrating in London! This was my fifth visit to Thailand. I love the culture, the sun, the food and not to forget the shopping. On this occasion I travelled with my partner. We flew with Thai Airways to Bangkok. They offer a twice daily service from London Heathrow departing lunchtime or evening. Unless you have a connecting flight to catch I would suggest the evening flight as sleeping on the plane helps pass the 11-hour flight and lessens the jet lag. Our first stop was Bangkok. A major highlight was stumbling across approximately 30 wedding couples all in the same vicinity. It was the most fascinating thing, watching the women being made up at the side of a public square before having photos taken. I thought Hong Kong would be much busier and polluted and wasn't expecting it to be so cheap and efficient. It's so easy to get around and I felt totally safe when I was out alone. You're talking pence for transport and most attractions. The people were also generally helpful. The benefit of doing a safari in the Eastern Cape is that there’s no malaria, plus driving is on the same side of the road as the UK. As part of my small group tour of South East Asia I travelled to Cambodia. We flew from Pakse to Siem Reap, our base for exploring the ancient temples of Angkor. This amazing ruined city, built between the 9th and the 13th centuries, deep in the Cambodian jungle, is spread out over some 155 square kilometres, scattered with walled cities and magnificent stone temples, sculptures, causeways and reservoirs.
