Emma has been excellent. I’ve had to postpone my trip to Canada on two occasions due to Covid-19. Again Emma has arranged a fantastic holiday with 4 star accommodation for me in June 2022. Emma always contacts me by email promptly & makes herself available for any questions, queries or assistance that I require regarding my holiday booking.

Emma Smith arranged a holiday for us to Lanzarote in March 2020, before the Covid 19 emerged. We arrived safely to a wonderful resort and accommodation. Unfortunately we got affected by the Spanish lockdown two days into the holiday and were told our resort would be closing. We had to plan our return home as soon as possible. Emma was amazing, unfazed and professional. She kept us informed daily along the way, despite having problems with our airline cancelling our return flights without warning or reason on more than one occasion. Emma eventually managed to get us flights into Stanstead, and offered to personally drive us home to Cheshire where we live (a 3 hr journey). We could not have had better personal service. Emma even arrived at Stanstead with a bag full of goodies/groceries for our journey and return home. 5 STAR SERVICE. Over and above what we could ever have expected. Thank you so much Emma.!!

She has a great way of gaining an understanding of what you are looking for in a holiday and coming up with excellent options to choose from, with detailed knowledge of the resorts and hotels that have been selected. Once you've honed in on your chosen holiday, Emma is then great at follow up and catering for any additional requirements you may have to make your holiday a memorable one. I really don't see the need to go anywhere else to book my holidays anymore!
