Hello from Crewe in Cheshire!

My name is Emma Taylor - your very own Personal Travel Counsellor - and I would to personally welcome you to my world of travel!!

I have been happily with my now husband, Gary for over 25 years and travel is a very important part of our lives.

My travel career began over 30 years ago when I became a travel consultant for a large well known multiple and over the years I progressed into management, running my own successful store in Winsford.

Experience really does count - especially when the happiness of thousands of holidaymakers depends on your advice. My passion for travel is second to none and I have been lucky enough to have travelled extensively throughout my career to places far and wide including the UK, Europe, Turkey, Cyprus, the USA, the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean. My favourite destinations are Florida, Las Vegas and the Maldives so contact me for lots of information and help to plan your dream holiday.

My knowledge and experiences of travel are so important to my customers, ensuring they get the holiday to suit them each and every time. My customers are at the heart of everything I do and I pride myself on achieving the highest standards of customer service, which reflects in the amount of repeat clients and recommendations I receive. The nice thing is that a lot of my customers have also become my friends!

This hotel was absolutely first class! The most amazing place I have ever stayed in. Every little whim is catered for. The staff and service are exceptional! Emma our agent was also amazing at interpreting my needs perfectly after a 5 min rushed call! Infact this is a gem of a place and I am very grateful to Emma for finding it for us. Emma made the whole booking process super easy no hassle...Emma did the whole lot for us and even printed tickets off and checked us in! Even while I was out there and fancied staying an extra day she did her upmost to sort it out for us. I don't think I will ever book with anyone else again....why would I when I have my own private agent who is just super! Thanks Emma and thanks Fuerte Miramar for the most awesome break ever!

Emma has been a great help in booking a couple of trips away. Very friendly and always available. Emma was incredibly helpful and I felt at ease to be able to ask Emma any questions that I had regarding my booking, which she answered straight away. I know that I can email any time regarding my booking. To be able to have a person to speak to gives me great confidence in my booking, especially as this will be a special time for our family visiting Euro Disney for the first time. Emma was also able to offer guidance and advice for our visit. Emma was recommended to me by a friend who had booked with Emma and I will also be passing on Emma's details to family and friends.

Just to say thank you for organising our holiday which was a bit more challenging than usual! All the flights went smoothly and our transfer was very efficient.
