Oludeniz

I recently visited Turkey for our family vacation, it was not a country i was ever that bothered about going to but we decided we would give it a try as everyone says how beautiful it is, how cheap it is and how lovely the people are. I can honestly say it did not disappoint, it was a great holiday, we stayed in Oludeniz where the famous Blue lagoon is and on each side of the resort is mountains. we stayed a little further up the hill near a place called Hisaronu and the hotel had the best views. When we arrived at the hotel we got a surprise upgrade, we had a balcony with views of the mountains to each side and the resort and sea below, we also got our own private infinity pool overlooking the beautiful views and a pool below that was for our apartment block only and then we had full access to the main pools and water park. We found the Turkish people were so lovely and friendly and really made you feel welcome, prices were good and cheaper than Europe . There was plenty to do and we could walk up the hill into Hisaronu to do some shopping, even though I am not that into shopping I found myself in nearly every shop and could have come home with far too many handbags! ha. A 10/10 holiday and will without a doubt be heading back to Turkey again.
