Turkish Delights

Our recent holiday to Turkey was amazing!! As a single parent traveller with a 7 year old daughter and 10 year old son you might think I’m crazy taking them somewhere I had never been before. Fear not as we had an absolute blast and made lots of new memories and of course new friends!!

We stayed at the Aqua Fantasy hotel and Spa in Kusadasi and WOW what an experience. The hotel had a fantastic main swimming pool with a swim up bar (my daughters favourite thing EVER!!) and also had a mini waterpark for the younger children too. We also had daily access to the main water park which was a 2 minute walk from the hotel reception.

The food was delicious with breakfast and evening meal being served in the main buffet restaurant, every evening had a different theme and lunch was served in the beach restaurant. During our stay of 10 nights we had the pleasure of being able to dine in one of the 5 a la carte restaurants not just the once but three times all of which were included in the All inclusive stay. We chose the Steak house, Chinese restaurant and a traditional Turkish restaurant too.

Our hotel room was lovely and very spacious too with a partition separating my sleeping area from the children’s that I only closed at bedtime. It was just perfect for what we needed.

The hotel entertainment both daytime and evening was second to none with a wide variety of things for all of us to join in with and enjoy. We played killer darts, boules and enjoyed the pool games too.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and of course I look forward to revisiting at some point in the future.
